How detailed the patient charts are and the ability to cusotmize specific settings. We are a Mac based office and we needed something reliable and MacPractice has been great with anything we need. You can not send consents for patients to sign via email. We wanted to send our paper work a head of time to our patients but they were only able to fill out a portion of it so we decided it was less confusing to have them fill it all out when they arrive but it takes up more time in office for the patient.
