Users can be divided into groups and given tasks accordingly. User groups can have their permission levels set so that they are allowed to access/edit certain parts of the website and not be able to do so for other parts of the website. I also like the various core modules the Drupal website offers. You have the option of combining different modules thereby improving functionality. The best part about Drupal is that it's open source and thus, everything is free. **What do you dislike about MAAN Softwares INC.?** It can be a little hard to get used to working with Drupal. I worked with Wordpress in the past and I still found myself taking a beginner's route with Drupal. There is a lot of learning and research to be done right from the installation and configuration phase to the website development phase. Software updates can sometimes lead to functionality issues and may require code to be re-written. **Recommendations to others considering MAAN Softwares INC.:** It will take time to get used to working with Drupal. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP will make things a little easier. There are other website development platforms like Wordpress and Joomla whose ease of use is a lot better than Drupal. However, if you are looking to build an awesome professional website which has a lot of complex functions, Drupal is the right platform for you. With great functionality comes great responsibility! **What problems is MAAN Softwares INC. solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Drupal to help build a website for the Legal department of the University. Each department in the University was a user group in the system. We could only make changes to our department's web pages and not edit other pages. This included adding new content, updating existing content and adding/editing web pages. The sections for editing the overall website theme (CSS, menu management, page structure, etc) were locked as we didn't have the privileges to do so.This was a great way to ensure that no accidental edits would be made that could affect website functionality. ### 3.
