Our entire lending process has become seamless starting from origination to risk assessment and management. The turnaround time for origination and disbursement has significantly reduced with automated workflows allowing us to process a greater number of loans. We are using Finflux as our LOS/LMS and managing the entire customer base and their portfolio. This starts with customer onboarding, loan disbursement, and till the time customer is part of the system. First of all, the system has almost all of the best and necessary functions for a microfinance institution. During the pandemic crisis, Finflux helps us to control and maintain the portfolio at risk ratio with its reschedule and restructure functions. Almost all of the current functionalities are perfect, but I would like to suggest giving more flexibility for user bulk operations, for example, allowing a moratorium in bulk disbursement.
