Able to identify issues that could potentially result in accidents or unsafe driving if continue so we can coach our drivers and continually be honing our safe driving behaviors.

Not being able to reassign events to other locations when a truck is being borrowed.

  ### 4. The worst service and over promise under deliver

**What do you like best about Lytx?**

Easily the worse experience and talk about promise under delivery. It is a pain to change or do anything to your system without calling customer service. When you do, they send you to an aggressive offshore call center. This company is 100% cheap and gives you the worst product after you sign a contract, go to any other company, Im going to break the contract and possibly sue based on them not being able to record an accident that happened.

I have 5 cameras, and I never go a day without having an issue, it is a pain to do anything with this company I would highly recommend another servie

Almost everything as they have 0 customer service and technical support. You also cant access or change anything without calling so it is the WORST!

Everything you can imagine and it happen form the minute I signed the contract

Sometimes having to swap cameras or trucks from group to group can be tidieous.

There are new lawyers looking for big payouts every day. With Lytx you at least have some type of defense on your side.

The cameras are good quality, just the costumer service is terrible and they refuse to fix billing mistakes.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

Sales reps lie.  Multiple times and multiple different departments did as well.  Zero user support.  And will only get a call when you deceive you're not paying the bill.  No responses to emails or voice mails.  I've been fighting this battle for a year.  It's comical at this point.

**What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driver and company safety.  It's no longer benefiting me because of a dispute so they turned my service off

I really like the fact they pre-screen the events and only send us the ones that require intervention, savings us a lot of time.

Some of thesorting features of the old interface still don't seem to be available yet.

Lytx has helped us greatly improve our fleet safety program.  Our coaches are able to give feeback to our drivers about at-risk behaviors and address issues.  We are able to see our top perfomers and recognize them for their performance.

We've had some issues with connectivity and SD card failures that we are working through.

Incidents have dropped significantly since we began using DriveCam.

Tracking is a great tool, I use all the time. The video look up is something we prefer to use when we have accidents. The ability to use it as a coaching tool is great.

Sometimes customers service is not the best.

Helping our drivers to be safer. Our drivers' accidents have dropped dramatically since implementing the lytx cameras.

**What do you like best about Lytx?**

Great idea on the in-cab alerts! Love the live coaching for them to correct on the spot.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

We have about 50 cameras on contract with them and it’s a huge headache dealing with their reps mistakes, from their engineers, level 3 reps and even managers.

**Recommendations to others considering Lytx:**

If your considering purchasing their cameras for your fleet their in cab verbal alerts and technology is amazing but be prepared to be on hold for long periods of time, missing parts on website, invoicing errors, sales rep false claims (odometer readings don't work for all vehicles), late follow ups, empty manager promises, shipment mistakes and character issues where no one takes responsibility and pushes you off to the next rep only to make more mistakes.

We have problems with them sending us wrong parts for the cameras and invoicing where they are charging us for way too many cameras that are still getting resolved.

Safer drivers and a great support network. Videos are reviewed timely and responses are received with additional comments. Training webinars are very helpful also

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

I do not have any dislikes to report at this time. A few drivers have negative comments regarding the system, however they are much safer while utilizing the cameras.

**What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distracted Driving is the biggest problem. The camera is able to identify this so we are able to have a conversation with the driver.  We are a safer company, so yes, our performance hase improved.

The Lytx system provides us facts and enables Lauren Concrete to increase safety through the coaching of undesirable driver behaviors.

We have had a couple of issues with cameras not being able to record incidents.

Lytx is a great company and has the experience and technology Lauren Concrete was looking for when implementing event recording technology in our fleet of vehicles.  Talk with them and check out some references to verify this for your needs.

Lytx is helping Lauren Concrete to capture video not only for coaching drivers but also for resolving crashes in a more timely manner.

The tech support is not always knowledgable about some of the older system they sold including the SEM/PTM image capture,

With your purchase buy extra mount brackets for stock  so you are prepared for windshield replacement.

Hard to change the assessment, need more qualified to view the video sometimes assessment is an incorrect example ( critical following distance  and there's no car in front  are video's being viewed or just ?)

The GPS and the ability to see the history and all stops the driver makes, with video. also helped us recover 2 stolen trucks.

sometimes the GPS goes out and location and or video can be spotty.

get it its better than verizon

We found the inward & outward facing cameras on our fleet vehicles to be very helpful for safety training & accident prevention.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

At the time 4 years ago when we switched to Verizon Reveal, the Lytx system was more expensive and not as robust as Verizon for operational functions.

In the past, the biggest benefit was promoting safe driving & it gave us concrete, visual examples of safe & unsafe behavior.

**What do you like best about Lytx?**

Lytx is an outstanding tool for fleet managers looking to gain insights into their drivers safe (or unsafe) driving behaviors. It creates a high level of accountability for the drivers. Not only can it be used to address driving behaviors that need correction, but it can be used to reward safe driving.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

Not much - Lytx is the "Cadillac" of its type in the industry. The only down side is the cost; it's expensive. But you're paying for an outstanding product, including human-reviewed video. It's likely that the money you spend on a monthly basis could be saved in repair costs if unsafe driving tendencies are corrected.

**Recommendations to others considering Lytx:**

You have to be fully committed to this program. It requires time to setup and implement, and certainly requires administrative time once installed. It will provide many insights into your fleet, all of which are actionable items. You must dedicate the time to take action based on the information that is being presented.

**What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having Lytx in your vehicle is similar to having a ride-a-long each and every trip. It gives you insights into driving behaviors/tendencies that you may not have ever found out about otherwise.

not too much, honestly seems like it was put in place more as a hindrance rather than a help

every time you hit a pothole the darn thing starts recording  and you better have your eyes fixed on the road ahead otherwise, gotcha

unless your drivers are ultra focused on roads then it really will do nothing to vindicate anyone of infractions

its all about insurance..it can protect the driver from a distracted driving claim
