It's so easy to pull up camera footage from an accident and easily download the footage if I need to share it.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

I wish there were a way to pull up all the cameras at once to see if a camera is not angled correctly instead of going one by one.

**What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's given us the ability to track our drivers at any moment resulting in us being able to prevent drivers from riding the clock.

I enjoy the fleet tracking so I can keep track of where our driver is and help keep with our schedule for the day.

I do occaisionally get events that need coaching that do not appear to need any coaching.

Helping track events that need coaching and provide video to see the event clearly. Has helped with showing our driver the coachable event and help them understand the correct way to drive the vehicle.

Simple, intuitive dashboard to monitor driver behavior.  Tailorable to allow us to focus on behaviors that have the greatest impact on safe driving practices

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

"Big Brother" effect:  Perception by some operators, that they are being constantly observed and/or listened in on.

**What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to identify the most aggregious and/or frequent behaviors that can contribute to vehicle accidents.  By emphasizing and correcting identified bad habits, we have changed behaviors and reduced accidents in a relatively short period of time.  The driver alerts are particularly helpful for each operator to self monitor, and often address their own issues before they are even coached by their managers.

It's somewhat slow at times. I would like to see better integration between features.

Lytx has been extremely helpful in evaluating my drivers' driving habits when I am not on car with them, and helped the company determine who was at fault for accidents.

All the cameras don't work the same, as in it seems they need to be calibrated. Some cameras are more easily triggered than others

It doesn't beep at me and it's not noticeable after some time. It does a good job of not overflagging non issue driving events.

Sometimes it gives a coach able event for driving behaviors that are clearly the driver trying to prevent an accident,  such as when the driver gets cut off and slams on his breaks.

The best thing about Lytx in my opinion is the easy to use interface whether on a desktop or utilizing my phone. Having the ability to my team improve thier driving habits from wherever I am at is truly beneficial.

There are many upsides and reasons i like Lytx.  It keeps my drivers safe and it is a very efficent tool.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

The downside is the traveling distance feature is too sensitve.  I see multiple flags of following distance issues when my divers are 4 to 6 car lengths away at slower speeds.

The ability to see video both inside and outside the vehicle.  The ability to track starts and stops.

The equipment seems to glitch.  Sometimes the system will work fine for a period of time and then be out for a day or two.

There are gaps from time to time on the fleet, never consistent but perisodical.

I like the ability to check in on the driver. I can see video if need be.

The cameras are too sensitive. Imvasion of privacy but that isn't Lytx fault.

No problems for us. Our drivers have been safe. I don't worry about them.

Easily customizable for your specific industry. Lytx allows you to evaluate on a multitude of events that you or your company deem important. I use this throughout the workday to help give feedback to my drivers on at risk behaviors and ask for corrective behavior before it becomes an incident. The coaching sessions allow the driver to see videos of their events and keeps track of their progress over a 60-day period. Additionally, the coaching sessions keep track of your team’s coaching effectiveness with their drivers by tracking a coaching score. Navigation of the main home screen is simple. A 1st time user can begin to evaluate driver’s behaviors almost immediately. If you ever have a question or need assistance, the customer support is effective, efficient, and always available.

There is no downside to the Lytx system. The investment is re-couped with the reduction in at-risk behaviors and overall improvement in your safety culture.

Anytime we have a probem with the service Lytx is super responsive to our needs. Whether it be reporting or technical issues, Lytx always has someone available to help us get back on track. 

Being able to review a video of any accidents our fleet drivers are involved in is very helpful in determining preventability and for assigning remedial training when applicable.

Being able to exonerate drivers (and our company) for accidents we are involved in but not directly responsible for is a great tool that all trucking companies should consider investing in.

Nothing really. The Lytx drivecam system is well-rounded and 

Not getting videos for events that don't generate enough force to trigger an event can be frustrating. Thankfully Lytx offers alternative methods for checking to see if additional video might be available such as continuous recording.

Application is easy to use, video capture is clear, AI features do a good job of categorizing events and showing trends in the data.  The mobile app is great for the end-users and provides good feedback of where they stand to their peers.

We've had some accidents where an event didn't trigger and still trying to understand why that was.  However,when that's happened they've been able to pull the footage for us manually.

We're looking to reduce overall vehicle accidents and provide a safe environment for our field workforce.  We've seen an decrease in accidents since implementation and we've been able to use it to clear several of our folks in accidents where we otherwise would not have.
