**What do you like best about Lytx?**

Being able to see driver behaviors and to identify high risk unsafe drivers. In real time driver observation and evaluation platform is an added feature that really helps identify where the driver may need to make improvements. I like the advantage of being able to review and share with my drivers and to have a video point of reference to aid in identifying high risk unsafe driving behaviors.

I don't have anything that I dislike about Lytx.

**What do you like best about Lytx?**

Lytx gives the team and our drivers a tool to improve safety by identifying and correcting dangerous driving habits. It also allows us to recognize drivers when their safe driving habits prevent disastrous outcomes due to others on the road. Our team uses it every day to monitor the safe driving habits. The web platform is fairly easy to use and allows us to access historical data.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

The web platform can seem a bit slow and cumbersome at times. Pulling extended footage from the devices sometimes does not work if the system can't "wake" the machine.

**What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lytx allows us to identify and address poor driving habits. Not only can we address issues with specific individuals, but we can identify and address trends with the workforce as a whole.

Some time it scores complete stops as incomplete and it seems the more events you train the harder it is to maintain an effective score

Lytx is very helpful in addressing driver behaviors, both positive and negative. It gives me the opportunity to show drivers their unsafe behaviors so that they can be corrected. It also gives me the opportunity to reward drivers who are exhibiting safe behaviors and avoiding accidents and infractions. It is a great tool to have.

Everything in Lytx is helpful. There is nothing about Lytx that I dislike.

Lytx is helping to address driver behaviors and the tracking of equipment/buses.

I like the way I can navigate through the Lytx platform.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

The downside of Lytx is the app. I have to delete the app and redownload almost everyday just to log in and use my qr badge to assign myself to a vehicle. My drivers experience this issue as well

The monitoring algorithm is always an issue but when I report incidents Lytx does tend to solve the issue very well. Or explain to me how the operate things

Easy to navigate the tools for coaching, adding/subtracting drivers, following routes, etc.

Sometimes the algorithms are a little sensitive, triggering evnts that are not really there.

**What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The drivers do not waste time or make unnecessary/long stops knowing that there is visibility of everyhwere the truck goes and how long it is in any one place. This makes our delivery operation much more efficient and helps us with scheduling a realistic amount of stops or distance that needs to be travelled.

**What do you like best about Lytx?**

The most helpful thing about lytx is the ability to show my drivers their habits and behaviors, that day if needed.  It uploads quickly and provides opportunities for commitments from the drivers.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

The downsides of Lytx is it only triggers when there is an event.  There are times that I would like to pull video but there was no event.

Lytx is helping keep my drivers safe by giving them opportunities to reflect on their unsafe driving behaviors.

As a supervisor, the ease of use and comprehensive features make Lytx stand out. The real-time data and video insights are incredibly helpful for improving our drivers' and consumers' safety .

There is very little to dislike, but the initial training and system navigation can be a bit time-consuming.

Main objective is to help minimize unsafe driving behaviors such as, unsafe following distance, rolling stops, and distracted driving.

**What do you like best about Lytx?**

I would say the most helpful thing about lytx is driver tracking, letting us know where our drivers are and how close they are to one another in case someone needs help, another cool "feature"  is that I have heard from many of our drivers that it makes them a more aware/alert driver even when they are in their personal vehicles, I would agree with them as well.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

The false alerts when the seat belt blends in with the clothing items. Poor interior night vision,

Solving our logistics issues if someone needs supplies we can easily see who is closest to get them those supplies or physical help.

What I like the best is accurate vehilce tracking. I know where my drivers are at or how close they are to the next stop. I also like the DVIR function. So much better than the old way. May thing help me become very Federally compliant. Eash of use and very easy to implement. Training and support were very good. Technical support is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Lytx?**

I would like to see push or email notifications for: DVIR's not completed or completed too soon. I would to get push or email notifications for driver violations.

No issues or problems at this time

This software is very simple to navigate.  While they offer training sessions, you can pick up on how to use it very quickly on your own.

Some of the items that my team is flagged for are questionable at best, but there is a lot to review each day.

The most helpful about Lytx is that it is user friendly.  It is not hard to follow or use, this program is for those that are not completely computer saavy and for those who are computer advanced.

As far as I am concerned there is no downside to this program.  I have been using it for about 7 years and I absolutely love it.

The ability to get to a specific time of video with realtive ease.  Implementation is relatively easy and moving hardware from one vehicle to another inside the software is very easy.

When creating a vehicle profile, finding the manufacturer can be a little cumbersome.  Adding the ability to type the first few characters and have it match the make of the vehicle would eliminate the only pain point I have in the system.

Lytx helps us capture driver behaviors that could be negative and provides opportunities for coaching the drives. The software analyzes the videos, makes recommendations, then if there is an issue does provide a area for us to rebut the video.

System for rebutting/re-reviewing issues sometimes is confusing. The video AI often captures non-events such as "Not wearing a safety belt" when the driver IS 100% wearing a safety belt, it just looked to blend in with the shirt.
