Lytho Digital Asset Management Reviews & Product Details

The DAM is so easy to use and our team uses it for so many things. In about a year and a half, we have added almost 32,000 assets and have shared more than 15,000. We frequently send out collections of photos to event participants and always have a high click-rate. We have built a resources brand guide to help new employees through their Lytho training. The reporting features in the DAM are basically nonexistent, especially compared to the Workflow side. Having reporting on the DAM will allow our team to really sell the value to our leadership team for how our stakeholders and outside customers use it and the assets we provide. Since using the Lytho DAM, our office can now quickly search for, tag, and download assets at our convenience. Departments requesting photos can easily search for photos themselves with a Lytho account, or we can create collections and provide links for them to use (and control whether they can simply view or download). Tagging photos has made our jobs so much easier.

Some other things we love:

- Sending upload requests to our photographers for images that can be pre-tagged

- Presets that allow us to automatically downsize hi-res images

- Pulling photos directly from the DAM into Lytho workflow (and other integrated features)

- Easily create new tags when needed

- Can be accessed anywhere, anytime

Lytho DAM is so easy to use, both on the administrative side and the user side. My favorite part is how fast everything works. It saves our team so much time searching for assets because of how quickly it loads, and because of the robust search and tag features. I don't have anything that I generally dislike about the platform. Creating a tag taxonomy is required and takes a lot of time if you don't have one in place, but it's a lifesaver once you start using the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lytho has been implemented for our business. We have provided our distributors with on-brand material and content.

We use Lytho to provide branded templates which can be easily customized to promote our brands locally.

We also use the DAM to either store images which can be used in templates and to provide other fixed marketing materials like commercials (both audio and video), banners, packshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some minor features we missed, but those where added very quickly in one of the next sprints. We really like their agile approach.

Overall the templates are quite fixed, like the size is not flexible. But depending on what you are producing it will not necessarily be a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AVA has two priorities when it comes to a DAM solution: getting better organized and scaling content. Lytho is a great tool for us to store all our images and videos so that they are both secure and easy to find again. Before implementing Lytho, all our files were scattered in many locations. We chose Lytho because of the user-friendliness and easy searching within the platform, and for the smooth integration with adobe programs (this is also a must have for us to work efficiently).
