If you have ideas for improving the product, they are reviewed and if deemed good, they are passed on to the development team. The maximum text size is suitable for screens on desks, but not for information screens that hang on the wall and need to be readable from a distance of about 5 meters. Connecting to the datasets was relatively painless and being able to easily build basic charts was extremely easy. The default visualizations are well-designed. We would have needed basic options such as default zoom level, or the ability to move labels. I'm not sure if this was hidden deeper, but their documentation left something to be desired.
