First of all, I love the Company news section, which I don't see other apps provide. The news section provides an excellent way for employees to stay connected instead of the traditional way of mass emails. As an employee who keeps track of time, I love the function that allows you to see other employees' shift schedules. Furthermore, there is another function that will enable employees to request sick leave through the app. The analytics really helps me to see a summary of staff's activities. From what I have heard from other employees, this app seems to be more complicated than other communication apps in terms of user-friendliness. I don't have any issue learning how to use this app's function. The only criticism I would give is when I try to type a message, the cursor is not visible. As an integrator, we have lots of options, but we continue to recommend LumApps for it's feature set, ability to integrate with other services and it's off-the-shelf use cases. Less of a dislike and more of a reccomendation... LumApps is structured as a platform. There is virtue in it's standardization and workflow but for clients coming from a fully custom environment where anything was possible, it can feel confining until you embrace the inherent benefits of what it offers.
