**What do you like best about LucityAM?**

Very user friendly. Lots of customizable options.

**What do you dislike about LucityAM?**

Some things require too many steps. With the latest update it will appear to be loading when too many users are present. 

**What problems is LucityAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great way to manage repairs for a large fleet. Allows image upload for pictures and scans of documents that need to be easily found regarding certain repairs.
