No need to download anything and sharable folders with freelancers. Very easy to set everyone up to use, not complicated. Their team are very easy to talk to and keep updated with new features, we wanted the option to move files between spaces and we were able to do that when they released that feature. **What do you dislike about LucidLink?** Usability is a little off, how pinning works and working with proxies in Premiere. There are extra features but I've not found useful yet. Sharing links to files is also a bit messy, people have to copy and paste a link rather than being a clickable link to the file. **What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not needing a SAN and server room. We can collaborate on projects as a team without sitting in the same office. We don't need to share physical drives.
