I like the general UI, and overall convenience of Lucid. Generally seems to work as intended. I like the ability to pin as my workflow would be unusable without that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The issue with downloading to the share via Aspera Connect is a big problem for me. I also have some issues with the share disconnecting, or becoming unresponsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed how easily I could browse via the virtual drive. Usually I worry about space but the virtual drive made that much easier to manage my files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In a remote environment, LucidLink has provided the connectivity my team needs. When building the team and our workflow, LucidLink solved many of the problems we were struggling to find solutions for. We use Lucid as our primary server, storing video assets, adobe project files and any ancillary content. We often have contractors edit directly off the server in real-time, replacing the need to purchase and ship hard drives around the country. The support team is always quick to respond and has several fixes for any hiccup we may encounter (though there have been few). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside of LucidLink comes only when internet connection is poor and our ability to access the server suffers. This is no fault of the product, in fact, there are fail-safes to manage this such as pinning media locally from the server to bypass slow speeds. One small suggestion I have for the team is to add more notification features - for example, when an upload of media is completed, a user can be notified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
