What do you like best about LRS Output Management?

The Customer Support stands out for me with these product suite. I have been a long time user of VPS for over 30 years. It is as close to bullit proof product as you can get. The customer service has been outstanding and dependable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LRS Output Management?

Output Management support. We can open a ticket and someone will get back to you with in 24 hours. The tech support team is very knowledgable about there area of support. Client is a very easy install on windows and mac os. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LRS Output Management?

The ability to manage printers and printer drivers, to ensure our users have a great endpoint experience. The Personal Print Manager app when utilizing VSPA (Virtual Session Printer Agent), is a great combition when having multiple office locations with roaming employees. What do you dislike about LRS Output Management?

Mass update tool and reporting tool are not included in VPSX application. They are seperate licenses and cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LRS Output Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have much more visibility into the print jobs generated from our Cerner Millennium EMR (Electronic Medical record) system. It helps us troubleshoot Cerner printing issues, and decreases time to resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LRS Output Management?

VPSX is a powerful, solid, dependable workhorse when it comes to print and printer managment via SAP. I am very confident VPSX will continue to be a solid performer in the multi-national roll out of our Europena wide implementation project. It is an impressive solution. What do you dislike about LRS Output Management?

These is some manual configuation required that can be problematic if you make small syntax errors. They are however currently working on replacing this, so I look forward to that being rolled out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VPSX is enabling printer deployment and administration (and therefore also print management) accross multiple SAP systems simultaneously.
