It's been reliable over time. The support team is like having a team of printing experts on my side. The product is expenive for thearetically what you can do for free; however our service team has suggested and implemented solutions to many individual problems now which justifies the cost, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We manage around 3000 printers for SAP application, and Business cannot lose a single label. VPSX was the only system that provided us High Availabilit features in such way that the switch is so good that users do not realize about it.
The implementation was quite easy, and administration possibilities are quite huge.
We can delegate administrative permissions over printers to factories safely.

For Epic, it eliminated the use of Windows print drivers. I managed Epic printing for years using Windows print queues and VPSX is more efficient and has far less errors than the Windows drivers had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Print management administration via a simple web user-interface is simple and efficient.
