**What do you like best about Genesis G4?**

I have never had a question or a "lack of experience issue" that has not been quickly, patiently, and thoroughly explained when I contacted LRMS.  Al has walked me through processes, set up a special report template to meet my need, and never has made me feel ridiculous for needing help!

**What do you dislike about Genesis G4?**

It's hard to say I dislike anything about the program.  The couple of things I had trouble adjusting to from using other, big company programs, have been addressed and improved. This company is extremely open to suggestions from its users!

**What problems is Genesis G4 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure I had any problems to solve. I inherited the program when I took over this library. It was running well then, and it is running well now.
