I've used Loyalty Lion at my past 2 organizations. It's so incredibly simple and usually seamless to integrate into our retention strategy, especially w/Klaviyo.

Their team is in the UK which can be difficult for scheduling, but it's not the end of the world.

Our extremely loyal customer base needed some extra TLC & surprise and delight and LL helped us increase LTV of those users by 6x

I don't see any downsides to using Loyalty Lion. We don't fully take advantage of all of the capabilities of Loyalty Lion, but our account reps are always pushing us to improve upon our customer experience, which is a great thing.

Do it! If you want to acquire new customers, and keep the customers you already have satisfied, this is the place to go!

Loyalty Lion helps us to solve the problems of retaining customers over long periods. Because we offer rewards, consumers are always coming back in order to take advantage of the points they have accumulated.

As LoyaltyLion is one of the most recognised loyalty apps, it probably has the most integrations on the Shopify platform which means it fits in well with other apps in the ecosystem. You can also leverage a lot of best practice and proven strategies in a very short space of time, meaning you can get a well performing loyalty program up and running quickly.

Some of the built-in components and workflows/customer journeys can be a little clunky for some customers and can cause some confusion resulting in customer service tickets. This is particularly true if you sell items both one-time and on subscription, but you can work around these limitations with custom development and design if required.

LoyaltyLion is helping us to retain customers and drive loyalty through our DTC website, in an increasingly competitive market where there are not only competing brands but other sales channels tempting customers away.

Loyalty Lion is perfect for retail businesses and the like. The customized options, the variety of integrations to exponentially power your software stack, it's all there! Compared to other companies out there, the value is above and beyond others.
