The UI and UX is streets ahead of competitors. It's a breeze to use. 

They are very proactive in looking at the best products in the market and improving their own functionality regularly.

The account management team are very helpful and have extremely useful advice!

The only thing we'd love to see is an SMS/Whatsapp Integration

It's taking admin away from my consultants and allowing them to do what they do best; talking to people.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

I liked that the pricing is excellent, and that I can do outbound and inbound recruiting all in one platform. The Loxo Source database is excellent, very similar to LinkedIn boolean search. 

For inbound, it integrates with Indeed and LinkedIn company page with contacting those support teams. This gets the job out all over the internet so that you get the widest funnel.

For outbound, I can do mass email campaigns and the unlimited plan is great. I can source personal emails without having to use a separate email finder like SalesQL and a separate email sequence software and a separate ATS and manually integrating them. Many other outbound recruiting softwares only allow you to add one (Gem) or 25 (Workable) prospects to a campaign at a time. But there is power in numbers, and Loxo currently allows you to add all results of a Boolean search, up to 5000 a day. Their email server Sent via Loxo is great to optimize deliverability, and they also help users optimize deliverability of their domain.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

The software has some bugs, but it is continuously improving. I am glad that the team is receptive to my suggestions for features and bug reports.

The software is a behemoth of features, so of course it is complex. It took me 1-2 weeks to go through setup and training before I became familiar with the software and its quirks enough to recruit for a position.

They strongly encourage annual contracts, but small business customers and startups definitely prefer month to month flexibility. I was able to negotiate month to month at a higher price.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great in general, and just takes a few weeks to really get comfortable with it! I wish they integrated with more VOIP providers directly.

The workflow is very well designed and intuitive.  I'm seeing much improved efficiency as well as improved search and discovery.  The UI/UX is miles ahead of the legacy CRM we were using.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

As a relatively new user I haven't experienced anything nagging.  I did submit a product feature request a couple of weeks ago which I'd love to see happen soon but TBD on that.

We are greatly enhancing our qualified applicant pool AND quickly identifying and reaching that talent based on the specific jobs we are aiming to fill.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Loxo does a lot of things well that someone in my industry (recruiting) would typically require a number of different products/subscriptions to achieve the same level of productivity. That adds complexity and that costs time. We most heavily utilize the outreach feature which is a systematic campaign of calls, emails, texts, and tasks. Tracking our jobs and coverage on them is also great along with the clear workflows. Loxo's user interface is also a standout feature where others can seem quite spartan or utilitarian, Loxo shines. We've also found that new users can get up to speed quite quickly on the system.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

As with anything, prices increase over time. Loxo has done a good job of increasing the feature set for the increased price, but as a business owner, the cost over time can certainly add up. This is the key software for our business though so it makes sense to have a premium product.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loxo keeps the core of our business flowing. It's our record of our interactions with all of our candidates and clients, and it's also our sales engagement platform with outreach to new candidates and prospects.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

I like how easy to use it is in terms of messaging - like emailing people, and attaching certain info using variables based on preset fields configured in your organization. Makes it easy to include job descriptions, company websites, job titles, or if you want to personalize them, mention their job titles, or current company. They also have an outreach campaign feature where these variables can be easily used. 
That's a very common feature for sales and marketing CRMs and I love that I'm able to use it well in recruiting. Saves the hassle of thinking about what to write and trying to remember some of those details just to personalize your outreach.
On top of that, they have an easy-to-use Chrome extension for parsing LinkedIn profiles, and the usual drag-and-drop feature for local docs to create a new profile.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Ineffective search feature. Their search function doesn't make sense to me at all. If I type Ronald, all other names like Christie, Russel, Michael, and many other names would also come up along with other people whose first or last names are Ronald. even those who are not Ronald at all. Like I said. It doesn't make sense. 
I've also used other ATS and CRMs where searching using phone numbers or email addresses shows results of exact profiles of people who really own those or have those in their profiles.
How I wish Loxo was like that. That's a very important feature for a platform like this.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Loxo is so easy and intuitive to use. It's like the iPhone of ATS systems. Even someone who is not very technologically savvy can use it with ease, but it also has so many hidden features that someone who wants additional technology has it. The ease of implementation and integration with our other workflow took our entire office under one week. 

The reporting and Ai is getting scary accurate- I don't really use LinkedIn recruiter anymore and my sourcing time is less than a few hours (it used to be weeks via LinkedI).

The customer support is better than any platform I've used. The team replies in under one hour, and they follow up if the response requires further investigation. I use Loxo every day—it's the best!

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

If I have to say something, it would be the app. But in reality, who really uses an entire ATS on their phone? They have recently updated it, so it is drastically improving.

Our staff's efficiency is now incredible. This is also a selling point for our clients during business development presentations.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Loxo is a Netflix in a Blockbuster world. If you are a recruiter who wants to run a modern, scalable, and efficient recruitment agency, Loxo is sincerely the only option. I demo'd a few of the other competitors that came up in a Google search and only wish I had those 30 min blocks back in my life. 

I actually feel that I have improved in my craft by using Loxo since the podcast episodes are actually relevant and you can tell the CEO/Founder knows this market (and cares about this market). 

The UX will improve over time, but that doesn't really matter since the functionality and value I get out of the platform is awesome. 

Onboarding is also great (shout out Denton Taylor) and the sales process was smooth and professional as well (thanks Taylor Latham).

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

I am still a new user so I will probably find some things later, but it seems like it is robust enough to offer a ton of value, but not too much where its just a bunch of fluff. 

The UX and visuals (and the app) will imprve over time, but once again all that is minimal compared to robustness of product and real tangible value it brings.

Loxo brings the holistic recruiting cyle in one place. From business development, to sourcing, to closing the deal - its all in one place. That alone is gold.

Streamlined and Intuitive: Navigating Loxo with Ease
Loxo stands out for its straightforward design and intuitive interface. Its simplicity makes it incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to grasp its intricacies within just a day of use. Our manager never had difficulty implementing it and integrating it to our recruiting processes. Customer support people are hands-on.

This is our main tool so we definitely frequently use it.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Inconsistent Call Recording Generation Feature: A Hit or Miss Experience
Sometimes it works flawlessly, other times it simply doesn't. Anticipating whether the call recording feature will actually generate a file post-call is a gamble with no clear pattern. 

Only downside about their customer support is the time of response.

It is an all-in-one platform avoiding us to open multiple tabs to look at when recruiting.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

I’ve had Loxo since 2015-16. I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences with them.  About a year or so ago I had an issue (since been rectified way beyond my satisfaction) and was considering a move. I demo-ed or “free trial”-ed, not kidding At all, over 2 dozen ats/CRM systems out there.
Results-Loxo now and forever!!!
For the price, imho, no one can touch Loxo.

With loxo you get a robust ATS and a CRM/campaign

-You get voip with a local number to click to call from the ats and the number that comes up on the caller ID will forward to any number you want if the person calls it back.

-You get unlimited sms from that same number and reply messages go to email

-You get unlimited mass mailing and they use their server “via Loxo” to send huge email campaigns but the email still says you@yourcompanyurl

-You get email and calendar synch both ways. If send an email in outlook it shows up on the candidate/client’s contact card in loxo and vice versa.

-You get unlimted “Loxo connect” credits to look up phone/email numbers kinda like zoom info or rocketreach

-You get Loxo source. It is their AI system that finds candidates that match your job postingand access to their proprietary database that is like LinkedIn and signal higher combined. 


-They post your job (if you want) to a bunch of free job boards and to zip recruiter too. You can also add monster or career builder to the posting 

-They have a chrome extension for getting profiles off linkedin, a USER SPECIFIC email parse where you can send 100’s of resume right to the work flow in a job you have or just to the database only, you can also drag and drop a resume from your computer to Loxo to parse or update/parse an existing profile and they have a bulk csv parse too.

-They have client export for reports, client submission options, and “Branded resume” create-er.

-You can customize your pipeline, make custom forms, email and sms templates and call lists.
Update 4/23 they jobs section has auto triggers in the workflow. Makes tracking and Candidate communication so much easier. The triggers can be added too by the built in ones are awesome. 

I also found out you can map forms people fill out to their contact card. We added nickname. Immigration status and desired comp to them.

Loxo added an AI to write campaigns for you. Once the job is created and you add candidates to them workflow (or not and add candidates later).  It creates 9 steps including adding them to a call list. You can remove steps or change wording etc. The AI gives you a good base to start (more or less) Loxo CRM is pretty good and the steps include email. SMS (remember that is included in the price and is unlimited) and LI Messaging. With LI messaging  if you they are not a 1st degree it will cost an InMail credit

loxo has added a beta to update profiles in real time. Meaning if a candidate on your loxo data base leaves Amazon and starts at linkekdn the loxo system will update candidate in your database.

The customer support is 2nd to non and it was so easy to set up even a headhunter can do it.

Dislike? Not really anything I can think of. MAYBE lack of intergrations with some tools I use. Not being able to post jobs to LI from Loxo. That is all I can think of and it is really not a bid deal

The all in one and ease of use has made my life so much easier and it keeps getting better and better. Loxo keeps inovating and adding new things. I am really suprised at how well it works and how much they are in it for the long hual.

Loxo combines an ATS, CRM, and Sales tool in one. It works great for recruitment firms, especially if you're in a dual role conducting BizDev and recruiting functions. It's very easy to toggle to candidates, jobs, companies, and leads with a simple click.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

50/50 chance it'll fetch "current" work emails, but you see that with other platforms as well. Outside of that, Loxo works well for me.

The most important thing for me when I selected Loxo was finding a tool that had an ATS and CRM in one and Loxo has that and a lot more.

What I appreciate most about Loxo is its incredible versatility. It serves as both a CRM and an ATS for our recruiting needs, doubling as a robust sales and marketing platform. We rely on Loxo for all our recruiting activities and business development campaigns. Notably, Loxo's sourcing capabilities surpass even LinkedIn Recruiter, all at a significantly lower cost. The continuous addition of features and top-notch customer support are major advantages.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

No real downsides that I have found yet. Would love if I could differentiate bewteen work and personal email using the email finder.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loxo has been instrumental in empowering my life science recruiting firm to compete with larger players. The automation and integration of AI have boosted my productivity significantly. The platform's user-friendliness, along with quick access to answers through Loxo's training resources and their US-based support team, has been immensely beneficial and will payoff as I scale my company.

After numerous frustrations with email sequencing and parsing  (and other promised but ghosted deliverables), my team is excited to be transitioning to Loxo. In a matter of minutes of working with their CEO, it was clear that this company, this platform, this team has a firm grasp on recruiting essentials. In every dimension, their system eclipses the capabilities inside RCRM.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Loxo caught our eye during the demoing of multiple CRM/ATS options. However, the cost was prohibiting us from moving forward when we wanted to. We set a goal for ourselves internally to eventually get loxo, and we have now been (happily) using it for almost a year!

Loxo does A LOT, so you can't expect it to be perfect. For the options it does provide, though, it does a really good job.

Here's just some of what we love about Loxo:

1) One source of information (minus LinkedIn)
2) Responsive customer service
3) Constantly updating features 
4) Consistent, daily use (it doesn't matter how good the software is if your team isn't using it)

1) No mobile app 
2) Loxo Source's "Years of Experience" doesn't work well
3) Lack of Integration

The platform is super versatile. It can be used as a CRM and and ATS for recruiting, as well as a sales & marketing platform. We run all of our recruiting activities through Loxo, as well as our business development campaigns. As a sourcing tool, Loxo is better than LinkedIn Recruiter, at a fraction of the price. Loxo is continually adding features & upgrades and their support is world class.

Loxo is a fast and reliable platform that is incredibly easy to learn and use. I was nervous about migrating data from a CRM we've used for 20+ years, but the Loxo team eliminated this concern very early in the process. I love how the pipeline is managed on Loxo. Everything you need is available on one page without having to 'click' a million times. Loxo will help us manage the day-to-day metrics of our Recruiters  and improve overeall desk efficiencies.

It would be helpful to have RingCentral (or other 3rd party VOIPs) integrate with the Loxo system to record calls/texts not performed directly through the Loxo platform. Loxo is above and beyond the CRM we have used for 20+ years.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a better experience for our clients. Pulling aesthetically pleasing search reports within seconds is an immense value add. Creating jobs and using Loxo Search to find candidates is saving us money on other database and information providers.

The best part about Loxo is the ease of use, every thing is in one place at your fingertips.  No more having to have multiple sites and tabs open.  The workflow and ease of use is second to none.

So far, there isn't much to dislike.  The only thing would be a better phone system which they plan on rolling out this year anyway.  Other than that we are very satisfied.

Loxo is helping our recruiters with efficiency.  Their outreach lets the recruiters have campaigns running for them while spending valuable time on the phone with hot leads.  Also, it's extremely helpful in getting the ball rolling when a position first starts.  We can go right into Loxo's database, come up with candidates quickly, and put them right into the job.  Cuts the time to get going on positions in half.

There is nothing clunky about Loxo at all. Very user-friendly, intuitive and easy to spin up new requirements (and new clients even easier) while including as many or as few talent acquisition team members to quickly and effectively get the req into production and identify candidates through the database or capturing applicants.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

While not something I necessarily "dislike", it would be nice to view job details for multiple jobs within a single page versus the need to open multiple tabs. Like many recruiters, my browser windows are consistently chock-full of tabs and the need to refresh pages in various tabs while supporting efforts on multiple requirements can be cumbersome. The only other suggestion would be a "preview" option or a quicker path to job details or job descriptions besides going through an edit screen.

Bottom line, Loxo has been a right-sized tool/platform for our agency with everything we need to operate effectively and nothing unnecessary that is beyond efficacy for where we are at in the marketplace.

It doesnt do a great job integrating with linkedin recruiter. I use both everyday and have to manually record my linkedin activity in loxo. But other than that, its a great CRM.

Loxo is a game changer in managing recruitment, candidate tracking and applicant tracking. The simplicity of using drag-and-drop technology allows the user to move candidates easily from the application stage to reject or through the interview process to offer and start date with minimal effort. Backed up with automated email technology at each step of the process.  From a sourcing perspective, Loxo automatically identifies individuals who match the role's requirements and is backed up with contact data for most of the suggested candidates making the sourcing process slick and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Loxo is a US-based tech company. Consequently, the time differential between the US and the UK makes communication between us on the same working day difficult. However, Loxo's commitment to users in the UK and Europe has been at the forefront of their development; they have opened a European office developing expertise closer to home. It is also worth noting that US team are always prompt and ordinarily answers queries within 24 hours.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loxo provides a platform on which all business users can suggest improvements to the system. All these suggestions are visible to all users, and all users can comment on all suggestions. This creates an open and honest communication channel between the end user and the developer. Loxo then uses this to prioritise what additional enhancements they will make to the system. A level of openness and commitment to the users that is second to none.

Getting started with Loxo could not be easier, and the customizable fields, along with the intuitive workflow, meant you can focus on the core of your business. I particularly like the Chrome Extension and Import features, along with the ability to dial straight from the platform.

I don't have any complaints at the moment. There are regular updates with new features and the team is super responsive for support.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

The UI/UX is intuitive and clean. As a former software engineer, I felt very comfortable navigating the various features. It allowed me to self-learn without having to get support on the phone every day.

The various customizations helped us a ton. It allowed us to tie automation to the job stage on a per-candidate basis. This helped us automate almost all of our communication which resulted in a tremendous candidate experience. No one got left in the dark, and we were able to employ a robust nurturing process as a result. We also utilized the google chrome extension a ton to bring in passive candidates to the system. We could then easily put those candidates on a drip campaign via Loxo Outreach. This handled our passive outreach almost exclusively. 

When we needed support, they were lightning fast. I cannot stress this enough - the Loxo customer support team is by far the best I have ever dealt with for a SaaS product. They were incredibly accommodating and prompt. There is a live chat feature where the team is always ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

For our very specific use case and the future direction of our company, we needed to get more out of the API. We are rolling out a recruiting SaaS product, and the API was not robust enough for us.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old ATS could barely automate communication. Candidates were slipping through the cracks and being left in the dark. They felt jaded about our service and did not want to work with us. We were also losing time due to a terrible and outdated UI.

Loxo allowed us to automate 90% of our communication, and it was much easier to work with. This freed up our time to work on higher impact tasks.
