But everything was decided by chance. That year I did not receive a fine for non-payment of tax, the Tax Advisor announced an unbearable amount for solving the problem. A nice bonus for us was the participation in the promotion "discounts for Amazon sellers". And when a new invoice for payment with a big discount came, the incredible surprise was replaced by delight! An excellent part of the software in a mobile application. There is an accountant's calendar, SMS reminders, visibility of the status of sent returns, feedback from the tax authorities, and many other pleasant moments. If in America we have no problems with this - the tax debits itself, then in Europe and Asian countries we have to make a bank transfer every time. This takes a significant amount of time at the end of each quarter. It is still complicated by the fact that taxes are paid in different currencies. At the very beginning, it took us time to find a bank that would support payments in the currencies that we needed. Using Lovat Professional Account, I monitor the due dates for all my clients and the state of tax collected in stores. This service is very convenient, the dashboard is not bulky, which allows me to work comfortably even with poor internet. Using the Tax registration Service, I independently ordered VAT certificates for my clients, which in turn allowed me to control the entire process from application and paying to release. When contacting the support line, the company's support professionally solved all problems promptly. **What do you dislike about Lappa?** The hardest part for me is integrating with my clients’ sales channels. Integration with Amazon, eBay and Shopify does not raise questions.
