What do you like best about Lappa?

It takes care of VAT rules for each country and files returns on time. I like the automatic tax calculations, clear dashboard, and the email reminders that help us stay on schedule. It’s easy to understand even without a tax background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good altenrative to expensive systems"

What do you like best about Lappa?

Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use. Previously, there were constant errors when calculating taxes for buyers from different countries, but now the system automatically determines the correct VAT rate depending on the customer's country. I liked that updates with bug fixes are released regularly. Good system of notifications and reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lappa?

Our new employees often complain they can't figure out how to use the program, the logic of building functions is a bit strange, but it's good that there are training materials so it's not a big issue eventually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
