What do you like best about Lotus Themes for Zendesk?

The themes are easy to use, install, and maintain, and the final result was satisfactory. The Lotus Themes help center has all the information your knowledge base manager will need to keep the theme current and apply formatting components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lotus Themes for Zendesk?

They are not flexible to make changes if you need customizations not part of an out-of-the-box theme. Ensure you have all requirements documented in writing and signed off because changes will not be accepted.

It wasn't easy to communicate requirements via email, and not easy to schedule a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lotus Themes for Zendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about Lotus Themes for Zendesk?

Overall it was a great experience, At times there was some ambiguity about what Lotus could support for us and what was out of scope and needed to have Zendesk handle. A more clear SOW could help this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
