The Lotus Themes help center has all the information your knowledge base manager will need to keep the theme current and apply formatting components. **What do you dislike about Lotus Themes for Zendesk?** They are not flexible to make changes if you need customizations not part of an out-of-the-box theme. Ensure you have all requirements documented in writing and signed off because changes will not be accepted. It wasn't easy to communicate requirements via email, and not easy to schedule a call. **What problems is Lotus Themes for Zendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving a new look and feel to our outdated help center and providing new formatting options to structure the help center information, like callouts, accordions, etc. ### 2. They had quick communication, were very professional and provided a high level of service and support when whenever we requested. **What do you dislike about Lotus Themes for Zendesk?** Overall it was a great experience, At times there was some ambiguity about what Lotus could support for us and what was out of scope and needed to have Zendesk handle. A more clear SOW could help this. **Recommendations to others considering Lotus Themes for Zendesk:** Lotus Themes knows what they are doing. They are professional, fast and efficient. They were always willing to support and answer questions we had and were a great partner. **What problems is Lotus Themes for Zendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lotus was able to provide a simplified website experience. They brought expertise in design and useability to the project. We were able to leverage their team and experience which brough confidence that we would be maximizing the use of the tool. ### 3.
