What do you like best about Lost and Found Software - Have it Back?

This tool best is the quality of the features and appearance of the super intuitive and functional console. It is possible to customized all the forms, embedded tutorials, and with total management of the lost and found items. Super excited about all the potential he has. Lost and Found Software is designed to reduce the administrative workload, while improving service and increasing the return rate and customer satisfaction. It came to help a lot in managing all the lost articles and all the follow-up until its owner was found. Great experience till now. Cames to decrease our organization’s workload and all the management of the tool. Our internal control has improved dramatically with the integration of this tool. What problems is Lost and Found Software - Have it Back solving and how is that benefiting you?

"We run the lost and found at an airport and also take care not only of items lost at the airport, but also take over items from the airlines. It's a massive amount of work to take care of the items themselves, but also our customers. This needs to be done by multiple employees across multiple locations.

The Lost and Found Software Manager takes care of a great deal of our workload. Especially the automated smart matching is great because it identifies owners of found items. I also like the user management, which lets the manager decide which users and/or stations are authorized for specific action like handing out found items to owners or opening the cash register.

The image recognition feature is also great because instead of having to type in every item, we can just take a picture and the software places the item into the right category." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lost and Found Software - Have it Back solving and how is that benefiting you?

Much faster processing of found property and customer inquiries. Task lists make managing items in bulk extra easy as well (for example when handing over all passports to the police). Integrated return system for payment and shipping works great and I personally appreciate not having to take care of thousand of transactions myself because the software takes care of it for us.
