I can organize, standardize, update and share my knowledge in a very easy to use tool that allows me to make sure that everyone in the organization is getting the same quality information.

If I have 10 different clients asking me the same thing about a feature or policy, with Loopio I'm confident that they're all getting the most accurate and high quality information, and if I notice that I need to update it, it's easy to do so and correct it. The key is the search engine, it's good but not great. It needs to be updated with real contextual search and AI understanding and suggestions. For example, if I'm looking for SLA and my content doesn't have the word SLA specifically in it, I'm not going to get that as a result, even though my content describes my SLAs.

Having tried out or actively worked on just about all enterprise-grade proposal automation products on the market, I can confidently say that nothing provides the same combination of modern user experience, accurate automations, powerhouse search engine, content re-usability, and intuitive knowledge base management.

While I have not been using Loopio that long, it is easy to use and has really helped provide standard responses to security assessments from our clients. Loopio simplifies a task that is utterly daunting without such technology to make easier. Thankfully, the team continues to improve upon their product in order to keep up with this demand. Required maintenance of the product is very challenging as the content ages and the repsonsible teams undergo churn. We have never managed to set and follow good maintenance practices that a small team can support, therefore Loopio's effectiveness and our own resources have suffered. Loopio's content library has been the most efficient manner to keep track of our huge catalog of responses. It's easy to search and Loopio's training makes organizing simple. I've loved working with the Loopio team to request new features - they have top notch customer support. I use Loopio on a near daily basis. As Word expert, I'm pleased with their Microsoft integration to upload our own Word style template, so when our content is exported and matches our existing content. I found the process to become a skilled user easy. Our team is delving into using Loopio project functionality...we managed to finish the initial response on a bid with over 1000 requirements in only two weeks using this tool. I wish some integrations, such as with Microsoft products and Monday.com (not present), were more robust. For example, if you're using Loopio to run a project, they expect it to be finished in the system... if you export it earlier in the process, comments in Loopio won't be exported into the Word file. If a project in Loopio ends up being huge, you can't easily split it later in the process (to mitigate the Word export possibly crashing Word) because duplicating a project won't transfer the project's answers, just the questions. While these are some issues I've had with the tool, I'm hopeful the Loopio development team will add features to address them in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to structure a proposal format with Loopio. It keeps everything neat and organized. The mapping tool is especially helpful when importing documents. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the flexible platform meets the requirements of our large organization. Additionally, our subject matter experts (SMEs) have found it easy to use, leading to good adoption rates. I love the user-friendly platform. Training others within my organization to use Loopio for various projects is easy. I used Loopio at my previous job, and when I moved into a new role at a different company, I persuaded them to join as well. I implemented the platform and created a library from zero to over 1500 entries! I would never work for a bid and proposal company that does not subscribe to Loopio. It makes my job much more efficient and saves productivity for my entire organization. Also, the new feature of Generate AI is amazing!
