**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

What I like best about Loop Returns is how it transforms what is traditionally a friction-heavy moment — a return — into an opportunity to retain the customer and the revenue. The platform makes it easy to guide customers toward exchanges or store credit rather than straight refunds, which directly supports both customer satisfaction and the bottom line. It feels like a tool built with both the customer and the business in mind

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

One area where Loop can fall short is in handling edge cases — situations that fall outside the standard return flow. When a customer has a unique circumstance that doesn't fit neatly into the automated rules, the experience can feel rigid. That puts the burden back on the support team to step in manually, which somewhat undermines the self-serve efficiency the platform is designed to create.

**What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loop solves the trust gap that exists when a customer has a problem with their order. A clunky, slow, or unclear return process damages the brand relationship — sometimes permanently. Loop gives customers a clean, self-serve experience that feels intentional and on-brand, which actually strengthens trust at what would otherwise be a breaking point. I love the general functionality and ease of customization. Workflows are by far my favorite and I'm excited to see them further improve this function that allows you to get a bit more granular with products especially if you sell specialty items.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

I wish there was a more proactive approach to tackling issues or glitches and even more customization options. However, they do seem to be fielding feedback and working to add them.

How to allow customers to easily return items and provide feedback on why they are returning them. This is key to helping us figure out how to better improve customer experience, Products and overall design.

Returns before Loop were difficult because there was too much gray area. Loop allowed us to simplify and streamline the whole team!

Nothing - its a great program and we will continue to use!

I love how much we can do in loop. The program is easy and the new released features continue to keep funds in the business.

I would love more data, a breakdown or notice of "hey you suddenly have an increase return rate of this product, color and size" as that is something I am watching.

Loop is helping us keep money in-house. Our exchange rate is up and the Return for a refund is down.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

Super easy to use plus it provides easy-to-understand instructions that everyone can follow. Even my kids can easily follow the instructions here in Loop Returns. Plus our company has been using this for 5 years already and we will never use any other platforms except Loop Returns. I also like how it is user friendly and makes our lives much easier. We have checked other platforms, but by far Loop returns stand out from the rest.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

Too cheap! This kind of app needs to be at least worth more than it currently is. I don't think any other platforms are comparable to loop returns. We'll be sure to use it longer! Personally, I do not dislike anything about loop. It provides excellent service plus an easy platform to use. Our company is using Loop returns since day one and we are very thankful for this wonderful platform that you have made for all e-commerce companies can use.

It solves most of our financial related problems and it benefits us greatly because not only it makes it easier for us, but it also makes it easier for our customers. It also provide easier exchange and return process for our customers. The automated instructions are very easy to comprehend. We get outstanding excellent reviews from our customers for how great and easy the return and exchange process. It will also process the refund for the customer immediately therefore customers are very happy and want to come back and shop again. We'll be sure to recommend Loop Returns to all other friend  that have businesses. Im sure they'll benefit from this!

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

When we launched Loop Returns our ticket volume decreased by 80%. We are a small team and managing returns on our own was beginning to get overhwelming. We are so glad to have found Loop.

Hopefully in the future, Loop will allow for 1. multiple labels to be created for an order that had more than one shipment 2. ability to purchase expedited shipping during the instant exchange process.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

I love the automation of the software. Previously, everything we did was done manually, so to have it automated is a big help.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

I don't love some of the hiccups we've experienced over the two years we've used the product. We've had issues with exchange amounts because we offer products at sitewide discounts and promo-code options. Most recently, there was an issue where Loop was refunding more than what customers paid for products, it may have been solved, but we're not sure, and we don't know why that happened. Sometimes it's challenging to get ahold of our account manager or get problems solved.

Loop saves us time and money with it's automated processes.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

Loop is constantly releasing new features and improvements that allow us to expand and improve our post-purchase experience. We partnered with Loop when we were both small companies and have loved seeing Loop grow while we've grown as well. Their support team is always quick to respond, and we've loved the CSMs we've worked with!

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

My biggest gripe with Loop is that we're not able to play with the data as much as I'd like. The analytics tab is often painfully slow, and sometimes the standard reports within Analytics and the standard reports you can download don't always cover the data I want to look at. It would be super helpful to be able to select the columns I'd like to export or have the option to create custom widgets within analytics.

We are also under pretty intense pressure from our executive team to deliver an in-store return system, so we don't have to do so manually. Although things through Loop are great for the eComm side of things, we'd also love to provide that same experience through retail.

**What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loop allows us to provide a high-level returns experience customized to what works best for our business. With a company still in the earlier stages of growth, there's constant change and improvement and Loop has allowed us to have the power to make changes when we need to while receiving excellent support from our CSMs.

Not much to dislike, but in the beginning there was a lot to set up with Loop. However once everything was set up, you are good to go for the rest of your companies existence!

Loop is constantly updating and working on their platform. It's so easy to allowlist returns or reopen an expired return. I  enjoy using loop and am so glad we use their product!

The new update for issuing a refund or store credit. You have to click 'remove' first then you can click refund or store credit.

The accessibility is so nice, I can enter the order number, and it will pull up the return and any exchanges associated with that number. It is quick and easy to use!

Loop Returns improved our customers' experience with our returns process. In addition, Loop Plus has allowed our customers to exchange for a different item and to upsell on their exchange order. This option has increased our returns revenue.

Returns workflow options are currently too simplistic. However, Loop support is always responsive to feature requests and they are always improving their offerings.

Loop Returns recently added options to edit returns which has reduced the time our team spends in assisting customers with changing their returns or with removing return fees. Loop Returns has also added an option for QR codes with USPS which has helped our customers greatly because the majority don't have a printer with which to print their return label.

Loop makes it simple and easy for customer to get the items they need as quickly and efficiently as possible. This makes it easy for management and customer to have a smooth experience without worry!

I have noticed a few inventory errors within Shopify coming from exchanges, but have not pinpointed the issue. I realize this could be an internal issue with Shopify or warehouse management as well. On the cutsomer side, Loop has been seamless!

Loop returns instant exchange portal solves our issue of customers needing to get their outfits in time for an event. No one has to worry about waiting for their exchange to be processed before getting their new order!

Our orders are shipped from 2 different locations but only returned to one.  Loop return inventory to where it was shipped out so we have to manually manage inventory

The upsell and shop now option is a game changer for us! Its allowed us to give control back to our customers and contribute hugely to building our customer purchase confidence.

The team at Loop are also very receptive to feedback and action feedback!

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

A few features are designed to help merchants put some costs back onto their customers- which is great if thats your goal - its just not ours.
We approach returns a little differently and prefer to absorb costs and also give extra for exchanges so some features dont benefit us.

**Recommendations to others considering Loop Returns:**

Take a risk and use the features available to you! Absorb some return costs traditionally paid by a customer when returning and you will make returns a profit centre!

Ease of returns , allowed us to build an exceptionally simple returns policy with big outcomes.
This also cut a huge workload for our customer support team likely equivalent to 1 FTE

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

What I like best is it's easy to use and user-friendly. Even if you're not tech-savvy you won't have a hard time using it, unlike other applications the interface is great.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

What I dislike now is the log-in page, even if the email address is auto-populated it's still requiring the password even when you have saved it before. It's just a hassle to keep on typing it every time.

It provides the data required for reviewing requests from customers together with the details they have provided. It's a great thing for us to check why they are returning or exchanging items.

The best part of Loop for us is how customizable everything is as well as how many features and options are available. It allows us to fine-tune our returns to fit our company and our needs.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

We haven't had any downsides so far. Every roadblock we've run into, Loop support has helped us learn how to do what we want and so far there is nothing we dislike about the platform.  We're very pleased with it!

Our previous platform was extremely limited which caused our support team to have to spend a lot of time manually taking care of customers which was inefficient and a waste of money. Loop allowed us a full range of options to tailor our business needs and create a platform for our customers that was not only easy, but it looked great and saved time.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

The customizable and easy-to-use platform has made returns very easy for our team. We get through returns in 1/3 the time and our customers are happier with the process. Giving store credit as an option for customers to use when doing an exchange has also increased AOV. The app pays for itself and makes our brand extra returns on top of that.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

Because Loop improved so much of our prior experience with other Shopify return apps, finding something to dislike is hard. That said, the exchange process which takes customers to a version of your website and not the real thing is not the ideal UX. We improved that by upgrading to the on-site feature but it did require outside dev work for us to install as we wanted to make sure it was done right.

**Recommendations to others considering Loop Returns:**

If you are on Shopify and trying to save time, this is a great option that your customers will love.

**What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The UX of our previous app had too many steps. We wanted something that could automate the process and protect the brand's bottom line. With tags, features, international returns and on-site credit Loops does everything we need it to. Plus, the app is easy for our team to use so that saves me time in training.

**What do you like best about Loop Returns?**

I really like the easy-to-use interface. We can see every past and current return/exchange right from the dashboard--we know which packages have been delivered and which packages to expect in the upcoming week. The returns portal has also drastically improved our customer experience. It is very intuitive and straightforward, and hardly anyone has to reach out to our customer service department regarding returns anymore.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

Sometimes I get confused while viewing exchange orders with which product is being returned to us and which product the customer is exchanging FOR. My only suggestion would be to make exchanges look a bit more straightforward. Otherwise, my company has no complaints!

Loop has streamlined our returns process and has made it simple for anyone in our department to process a return or exchange for a customer. It has also greatly improved our customer experience--all returns were done manually on both sides prior to onboarding Loop.

Creates exchanges and integrates with Shopify directly. Easy for customers to use and creates a QR code so there is no need for customers to print return labels if they prefer not to. Refund process is automatic and integrates with Shopify orders. Return status page is nice for customers.

**What do you dislike about Loop Returns?**

Difficult to follow which items were returned when looking at an order in Shopify. Have to go into the Loop platform to view this information because the Shopify order still shows all the items in the order and only shows a dollar amount refunded.

Managing returns and exchanges in a way that is both customer-centric and administratively easy for our customer experience team to assist customers. It reduces time and money spent on returns and makes it easy for customers to exchange items which helps us retain revenue.

The set up was easy, the support was great, and it does everything we need (& want!). It was a significant update to our previous returns solution, and we couldn't be happier.

Sometimes the support team can be unhelpful /not answer questions but rather link out articles to read to find the answer on our own. However, we've always been able to get resolutions eventually.

I love how customizable the experience is for our customers! Really intuitive mostly while setting up while requiring basic support from Loop's end.

Truly appreciate the high visibility of the entire return process and making refunds easy to complete.The ability to create spreadsheets with data is very beneficial.

Exchanges can be a but complex. Instant exchanges that are automatically refunded prevent the need for the cusotmer to return items and wish refunds were not completed until the package is in route even for OOS items.

We recently were made aware of an issue with USPS hodling our packages due to a cubic measurement requirement that was recently added and we were able to track all orders in transit to our warehouse to get cusotmer issues resolved before it became a bigger issue.

Loop has been very helpful in letting our CS agents focus on the more value driven conversations and letting loop act as a self service portal. Exchanges are super simple and adds a ton of value with shop now. Instant exchange is a great way to get the customer the new without any risk.The analytics and reporting dashboard helps our design team with all the feedback we receive.

Honestly, everything is great. Loop is really moving the needle and coming out with updates based on our feedback regularly. No major complaints. I wish there was a way to merge returns so customer didnt have to send back multiple packages.

I do not like that exchanges are not easily visible. They used to be labeled as exchanges on the order and now they are all labeled as returns and we have to figure out if it is an exchange or return. They should be labeled separately.

There's not much to dislike but if I have to say, it would be the time limit you get to return the product after going through the portal, if that date passes then I can't go through it again.

We have the product linked to our ERP which caused some hurdles during the on boarding. With our business in the special occasion space, we have a high return rate. While this is great for the tool, it's a bit pricey.

I dislike the account reps and team at loop who is unable to assist with issues and is very out of touch with our company account. Exporting and reading data from Loop regarding reason for customer returns are very cumbersome and not user-friendly.

If you want to integrate Loop with POS returns, this is NOT the software for you.
