I love how integrated they are, especially with TikTok.  They have an amazing support team that always responds quickly.

There isn't much to dislike about Loomly.  I always send in suggestions and it seems like shortly after there has been a new feature added:)

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I chose Loomly for the price and because reviews I'd read suggested it was one of the best scheduling platforms for LinkedIn. I agree, I find the LinkedIn integration has been very good. I've also had great and timely responses from customer service when I've raised a question.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The tagging for Instagram is somewhat lacking but as that's not a platform I use heavily, I don't mind. The UI is very functional. It doesn't bother me but if you want a really slick experience this platform might not be for you.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Loomly Calendar is wonderful for planning and it has a very good approval process. I also like that I can have a tab for each of my brands with separate social accounts listed under each.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I like the layout and how simple it is. It's very easy to maneuver and post with a lot of details.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The Instagram posting is a little troublesome. If anyone is tagged on the platform you have to manually post it yourself which gets difficult when not having full access when a post needs to be out.

**Recommendations to others considering Loomly:**

There are many other scheduling softwares for marketing companies to utilize, but I believe that Loomly is the easiest to adapt to and learn compared to the others. Before working on Loomly, my company had looked into some other softwares, but nothing could compare to the ease and look of Loomly. I would highly recommend looking into a Loomly account if you're a social media marketer/manager because it will help you plan out and stick to a content calendar while also being able to look at insights for each post all in one place.

I am able to be more organized and plan out my months more easily while saving time to do other work.

You should be able to tag other company pages in images from Loomly without any issues. However, you cannot tag personal profiles in photos as this is a restriction from the API.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Extremely easy to use. Just shared the platform with a new Social Media Coordinator today and she picked it up right away. None of the fancy bells or whistles that we used to pay for on a different platform but never used. Fairly priced.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

When using the Facebook integration for a multi-location concept with a parent page and individual location pages and trying to post the same content to Instagram, Loomly tries to post it to each individual location page's Instagram, which for most brands, does not exist. We only have one single brand IG, but multiple location FB pages. What this causes is a flurry of emails telling me I need to 'manually publish' the content to the Instagram pages for each location that do not exist. To fix this, I simply turned off the manual publishing notifications.

With our new Social Media Coordinator coming on board, it's great to be able to review the content she schedules and approve it before it gets pushed out until she gets a hang of our brand voice.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Being able to post on all of our platforms at once has been a game-changer for our organization.  All of our platforms have seen significant growth with the consistent posting.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I wish that I could pull in tags on Instagram, post videos, and schedule stories.  I also think it would be great if I could make a note on the calendar for a future posting without "creating a post."  I could then use the platform for all our planning.

Loomly is a simple and effective way to post on all of our platforms.  I appreciate the tips and recommendations that are offered per platform while building a post.  Since using Loomly, we have been getting consistent remarks on how great our social posts have been.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I love how user-friendly Loomly is. It's very simple to understand for someone who doesn't like complicated or confusing interfaces, compared to SEMRush or Hootsuite.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

However, I don't like that the integrations are limited. I can't post a reel to Instagram and crosspost to my story, I can't directly schedule stories through the app and have to manual publish. These changes would make my life as a SSM much easier.

It allows me to schedule all of my posts ahead of time as well as require approvals from my clients, which decreases communication issues and increases my productivity longterm.

Loomly easily walks you through all the steps for posting on a variety of platforms. It's simple to post generally on multiple platforms or modify posts for specific channels. Also love the calendar view! I researched a lot of options before landing on loomly. By far the most powerful for your money!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I wish I could see the comments, messages, and interactions from all platforms (FB, IG, etc.) in one dashboard. Right now I have to view each platform separately. Not a dealbreaker but would be a great feature!

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly saves me so much time! I hated going to 2-3 different platforms anytime I had to post...and then if there were edits or changes, even more of a time suck! Also, how are you supposed to stay responsive with messages and comments on multiple social platforms each with their own app?! Loomly makes it easy! With Loomly I spend 1/3 of the time I used to.

Mostly the pricing and the features. Loomly features a lot of the analytics you only get from advanced tier plans with the competitors at a fraction of the price.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

My only dislike would be the LI functionality. Specifically, carousel/document upload support. That is more to do with LinkedIn's API not having that connection available. There's also not a lot of Twitter analytics, but again, that's on Twitter's side.

The ability to manage and analyze all my social media data in one place.  Specifically, they have post engagement rate, which many competitors hide behind $300+ pricing tiers.

Loomly is a reliable and effective tool for managing social media content and campaigns. We appreciate the platform's flexibility, ease of use, and excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The platform can be expensive, especially for small businesses or individuals.  The price could be cut in half to be more competitive or add more features.  Such as an AI feature to help with a writers block

Loomly is a reliable and effective tool for managing social media content and campaigns.  I can schedule an entire marketing campaign for a few hours, so we do not miss a bet.  We can track analytics to see what and when the best engagement happens

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

They provide you with the means to schedule your media over several accounts and fine-tune each channel with a wide array of features and measures to make sure you can effectively post. The added reminder features allow you to notice mistakes early on and adjust your posts accordingly. Overall just a user-friendly site with much to offer!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The ability to not automatically post a story to your social media pages. Though it allows reminders, it does not allow the automatic posting of a story to several platforms.

The issue of managing several church social media accounts. Allowing me to manage and create posts at the click of a button and select who, what and when I share this information with.

One tool for all the most common social channels. Also, how they are constantly updating features and design features.
We can upload right now direct from the platform for Instagram Reels.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Didn't enter into the AI features yet. I think some automation behind the strategy could save more time. The comment section could be a little bit more intuitive and easy to access (more like Asana comments).

Allow us to manage all our accounts in one place. Also, give us an external approval flow that works (and is very simple for each level of the client's digital tools understanding).

I love the scheduling factor of Loomly, we can make a bulk of posts and schedule out our entire month in just a mere few hours. It is nice to be able to get ahead of the social media planning.

One of the downsides that we have faced from Loomly is there inability to do small things like tagging locations on Facebook.

We are a property management company and we are simply trying to get awareness for our available units, as well as maintaining engagement for the people who already live in the community.

Loomly does everything I need it to do for my job as Social Media and Communications Manager. Scheduling posts across multiple platforms is easy and intuitive and I've always had posts that are scheduled ahead post on time. The subscription price is also reasonable.

No downsides in my experience so far. I will report if any appear.

As a small marketing agency we love how user family loomly is for our clients and team members.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The only draw back to using Loomly is that there isn't a great way to incorporate our reels/ tiktok strategy. I love how I can make granular edits to each social post, even when I am building in bulk. I also love the hashtag collection feature, huge time-saver. I find Loomly the best value-for-money platform out there.

It'd be great if there was a setting to choose if you want to show grouped or ungrouped posts on the calendar. It's become annoying having to ungroup all the time. It's also not very intuitive how to edit a scheduled post, when it's already been published on a different channel within the same bulk-schedule.

I find it extremely helpful having a robust builder, that I can edit each channel separately but also maintain templates so I don't have to come up with ideas from scratch. Love the scheduling and bulk-building capabilities too.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I love the ease of being able to schedule posts months in advanced! It saves time, and you never have to worry about forgetting to make those posts. Loomly notifies you about updates all the time, especially if there is going to be issues completing the post, so you have plenty of time to fix it.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I dislike the fact that your photo size has to be within a certain limit. It is hard to post the full picture or video when you have certain crop ratios to meet. They will not automatically post if Loomly feels they're too big to fit on Instagram, so then you have to end up doing it yourself.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue with marketing is time. Sometimes we are so busy doing other things that we forget to post, or we don't have internet access at certain times so posting isn't possible. Loomly fixes those issues by allowing marketers to schedule posts and content moths in advance so you don't have to worry about being available at a certain time during the day to make those posts yourself.

The calendar layout makes it really easy to hit the number of goal posts that I have for our business every week/month. There is also an image library built in so that you don't need to keep uploading photos every time if you re-use them.

The user interface is a bit basic, and the apps for iphone and ipad are not so great -- I usually just use the browser version. It's not amazingly laid out, but it gets the job done.

With loomly I am able to post to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest all in pretty much the same time it would take to post to just one of those formats (there is some fine tuning per channel that Loomly allows you to do before finalizing the post.

I like that you can select multiple sites to post to and customize each outlet for the appropriate copy and content. It allows you to also upload pre-selected audiences and hashtag groupings.

On the mobile app, you cannot access your hashtag groupings. Also, I wish you could copy a post structure you have already done and paste into another day and edit it from there instead of having to start from scratch each time. The mobile version does not have as many features as the desktop version, which is detrimental to this app's intention of being a one-stop shop for social media managers.

Loomly is one of the easiest and intuitive systems to use for beginners trying to built and release content.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I can't think of anything so don't like.

Being able to quickly push and schedule content to multiple channels.
