"Loom is easy to use and reliable"

What do you like best about Loom?

I can get a recording started easily. Just by opening the app, I can select my video preferences and I'm recording in 3, 2, 1! My favorite option is to select a portion of the screen... it makes recording test runs and demos very easy and it's a clean video without a bunch of distractions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loom?

Sometimes my videos don't upload to the loom site, so the content gets lost and I'll have to record again. I'm not sure if this is a product issue or related to network/servers... but either way it has impacted my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?

One huge problem I have is that the only easy way to record videos is through Zoom which as you might have figured isn't the most aesthetically pleasing. Loom allows me to record only what I want to be shown on the screen and I can add a cute little circle with my face in it too if I'm presenting. I can showcase my work and put a face to the voice talking. Also, if I need just a quick video I always use Loom- it's just so fast and convenient. Once my video is done uploading to the site I can edit it right there and either share or download the video if needed. It's just awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
