"A simple, scalable way to keep teams aligned across offices without extra operational overhead"
What do you like best about Look Digital Signage?

As a CEO, I'm always looking for tools that remove friction and help teams stay aligned without adding complexity. Look Digital Signage has been a simperingly effective solution for that.

We us e it to keep communication consistent across screens in our office environment everything from company announcements and key updates to reminders and internal messaging. The platform is very easy to manage, the scheduling is intuitive, and it doesn't require a dedicated specialist to keep things running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Look Digital Signage?

There's not much id call a real downside. if i had to choose something, it would be that the template could be expanded a bit, especially for internal communications and company branding.

The editor works well, but having more modern templates out of the box would make content creation even faster for teams that don't have design support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, easy to manage digital signage that just works across locations"
What do you like best about Look Digital Signage?

What i appreciated mot about Look Digital Signage how easy it is to deploy manage, and maintain especially from an IT/DevOps perspective.

At ClosingLock, were a security first platform protecting real estate closings, so we care a lot about reliability, consistency, and reducing operational risk. Look gives us a clean way to push messages to screens without constantly babysitting devices or worrying about updates breaking payback.

The scheduling tools are straightforward, content updates are quick, and once screens are configured, the system stable. I also like how easy it is to scale adding a new screen feels more like onboarding another endpoint rather than starting from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Look Digital Signage?

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. if i had to point out one area for improvement, id say the template library could be little broader.

The layout tools are strong, but modern built in templates (especially for internal comms) would make it even faster for non technical team members to builds content without relying on design work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for managing promos across multiple store locations"
What do you like best about Look Digital Signage?

Even the scheduling, all by itself, is a massive time-saver. I can create our entire holiday campaign calendar weeks in advance of when the insanity starts. I programmed the playlist to start midnight on Thursday for Black Friday and run through Sunday night, with all our promotional graphics including every one of our pricing videos; were then scheduled to have things go back to normal in there. Whenever it does, whether I'm awake or signed in. That dependability matters during the peak season.

Can't ignore the built-in social apps, either. We have the Instagram feed widget on a monitor that is adjacent to our fitting rooms. It pulls the photos and videos customers tag using. But really what people want to see is themselves, and other real customers on screen it makes the space feel fun and current, but also gathers more user-generated content. Its one of those clever things that feel simple and helps improve the store experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Look Digital Signage?

(All I want is more prebuilt templates or things that would make sense for a fashion retail space.) The (few) ones that do exist seem a bit generic, more in the corporate cafeteria or gym category. Our brand has a very particular aesthetic, so ultimately we did not use them at all. The good news is the custom layout tool is pretty powerful really. My graphic designer constructed a suite of master templates for us and now we re-use these with every campaign. It was only that initial time hit we hadn’t thought to expect. "Reliable, scalable, and keeps Marketing happy"
What do you like best about Look Digital Signage?

We did so with flexibility in hardware, which was a real victory for us. We use Look Digital Signage on various Android players and Amazon Fire Sticks in our three offices. The biggest benefit was not having to be locked into expensive, stranded hardware systems which saved us loads of cash upfront so that we could continue working with gear that we’d already gotten accustomed to. It identifies them all without fail.

The users/roles and permissions system is very well done! As content manager I have full admin privileges, but I can give Marketing and HR folks safe Editor status. They should be able to upload new graphics and update playlist content, schedule announcements for their departments all this without getting anywhere close to network settings or running the risk of interfering with other screens. Key to adoption, this decentralization it’s no longer just “my” tool, it’s the company’s communication channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Look Digital Signage?

The first problem was a firewall barrier to the player setup. I needed an extra step to get the players on our corporate network, since our IT security policies initially blocked their communication. It was not a bug in Look’s software, but it added a week of back and forth. To their credit, Look’s support doc had a note on what domains and ports to whitelist which we finally found and used it to figure out ourselves. A better setup guide for enterprise networks, or network pre-deployment checklist would mitigate this friction for others companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Just what we needed for client-facing and internal comms"
What do you like best about Look Digital Signage?

Is that embarrassing? Honestly, it was the scheduling. In my role as a content manager, I’m managing client news announcements, internal updates and event promotion for three different office locations. The fact I can create separate playlists for each lobby screens at all the different locations in stead of having to manually make changes to presentations on every single tv saves me a minimum 5 hours a week. The integration with Google Drive could not be easier—my team simply dumps final graphics or videos into our “Digital Signage” folder and they are ready to roll. No downloading, converting or uploading. It just works.

I also love that it handles time zones and all that stuff easily. I don’t have to do math when we schedule a company-wide announcement for 9 AM in each time zone I know our London and Austin office can’t be that far apart. It’s a little thing that makes a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Look Digital Signage?

The template library is a little old school for a tech business. We ultimately ended up building our own templates from scratch, which was a lot of upfront work. I also wish the analytics did a bit more — I know if a screen is online/offline, but it would be great to see which content pieces are being engaged with most (even as merely view duration)..

We had an initial problem with connecting for older (Samsung) TV in London office. Look’s assistance was useful, although we had to upgrade the media players (we opted for Amazon Fire Sticks) for consistent performance. That was an unanticipated cost and setup challenge. "Distributed our Brand from HQ to More than 7k Partner Lobbies with Zero Pain"
What do you like best about Look Digital Signage?

The big differentiator is enterprise scheduling made easy for marketers. And I do it all from a single dashboard: anywhere in the world, rolling out campaigns by time zones, with customized programs for several partner tiers. That's powerful. The cloud architecture is rock solid, and our screens are in sync whether they’re in London or a trade show in Vegas. For a tech company like ours, the reliability is just non-negotiable and Look delivers. I’m also giving a shout to the AI Wizard—such an amazing resource for my team when they want to quickly flesh out concepts and overcome creative block on internal projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Look Digital Signage?

And while the product itself is outstanding, that ecosystem often feels a little walled-garden. I just wish that there were more native integrations to the fundamental platforms of our AdTech/MarTech stack for true dynamic content automation. We’ve successfully employed Zapier but it’s a rag to staunch the wound. And, as a brand that thrives on visual edge, the template library is disappointing. They're functional, but not inspirational. We are creating everything from scratch in the layout designer, which is capable yes, but we don't really benefit at all from the implied "time-saving" of templates. "A Game Changer for Our Multi-Unit Retail Promotions"
What do you like best about Look Digital Signage?

By far, the scheduling feature is what I love about this product. Dealing with weekly sales and promotional videos in 12 buildings used to be a "nightmare" - someone had to be on site to load a USB. Now, on a Sunday night from the couch, I can program the entire month’s playlist. And knowing it will fire when you pull the trigger is priceless peace of mind. The interface is not confusing; it’s simple enough that our store managers can log in and make an emergency change if they have to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Look Digital Signage?

I wish the template library were a little larger, or included more modern, animated options for fashion retail at least. More often than not, we find ourselves creating from a blank canvas which is all well and dandy but then why should it be called "templates"? And, we had some problems initially connecting with older screens at one location. Took a support call to figure out it was the local network firewall, not directly Look's fault but a more straightforward setup guide for non-IT folks would be good.
