Our customer service desk has benefitted from Long View’s early identification of issues. We are now in a position to detect undesirable conditions before they worsen and interfere with business. This has eliminated time wastage and enhanced customer satisfaction.

The reporting features within Long View Customer Engagement don’t offer as much detail as I prefer. This makes it hard to point out trends and come up with a niche market plan of tackling the issue of enhancing customer relations.
