LogRocket has been invaluable for understanding the new-user experience on our platform. The session replay feature helps us quickly identify where users get stuck or encounter friction. It catches issues that our own logging and error reporting miss completely. The pricing tiers are a bit challenging. We're mostly satisfied with the free plan, but would like access to some of the more advanced features. However, the Team plan is quite expensive for us at this stage. A mid-tier option would be ideal for small teams that need more than the basics but aren't ready for $69 / month. Mobile usability is currently very limited. On a phone, the experience is difficult to use effectively: either the session video becomes too small to be useful, or the request timeline is cropped and hard to navigate/read.

I occasionally need to rely on the mobile version when providing emergency support and a laptop isn’t available. In those situations, the current mobile experience significantly slows down investigation and troubleshooting.
