At the core of the platform is Galileo, LogRocket’s AI that continuously watches session replays from real users, reads support tickets, listens to customer calls, and tracks product changes to surface user struggles and technical issues automatically. LogRocket then routes these fixes into the development workflow (including AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code) to help teams fix issues faster. It works fine for our basic workflows. **What do you dislike about LogRocket?** Very unresponsive customer success(!) team. Our account stopped recording sessions once we hit our limits and it takes more than 12 hours to get the process of plan upgradation to work. We worked with a customer success rep called Daina and she just ghosted us for hours when we were trying to upgrade. Don't recommend logrocket if you have a growing business where usage could change from month to month. **What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to replay any issue our customers may faced in our SaaS app. ### 3. Even though we always suspected it, we couldn't prove it. That all changed once we installed LogRocket, we could "see" what the user did so they couldn't lie. We would take videos and screenshots from LogRocket and show them that it was a user error most of the time. It also helps us find and resolve general bugs much quicker. **What do you dislike about LogRocket?** We used to have some playback issues with longer sessions glitching and being unwatchable. More recently, we tried to leave them because we outgrew LogRocket, but LogRocket is absolutely HORRIBLE to work with and won't let you leave even though we have about a month before the existing contract is supposed to auto renew. A good partner wouldn't do this to a client so I would avoid them if I was looking. **What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to be blind to what the users saw except for some of our logging. LogRocket allows us to see what the user sees. However LogRocket doesn't give us a complete picture which is why we are switching to DataDog. ### 5. The recordings are good, but they only last a month and then deleted. **What do you dislike about LogRocket?** The heatmaps and flows and mobile support are super buggy. Sessions are being missed and not recorded.
