What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is very simple to start a remote session, you send the code (link) through IM or email. It works for both MAC and PC, which can be easily customized to the connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

It should be simpler to get administrator permissions, but honestly it is not complicated either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The tool can be easily accessed by clients to give us access. I like the send file and get file feature as well as the diagnostics control panel that shows all the stats of the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It was easy to share both screens and slides between multiple presenters to allow a smooth presentation and meeting. This cut travel times by allowing large groups to meet on one platform to discuss projects, ideas, presentations, and more while each individual worked remotely or from various office locations throughout the geographic region of our business. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

For first time users and those who are not frequent users of the system, it was difficult to get meetings started. The software needed to be continuously downloaded on new desktops as users switched computers or work stations which was a time intensive process when starting meetings or collaborations between team members. This is a great product for supporting decentralized teams. It cuts down on travel, and allows for increased collaboration between team members who can connect remotely to get their jobs done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize it for meetings with individuals between multiple locations to decrease travel times and increase collaboration between in person meetings. We have also used it to connect on projects and other work which requires visual aids that are not always available when speaking over the phone or through e-mails or other platforms. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

What I liked most was the ease of use. The Help desk gave me a website to go to. Once there I was given a code to put to start our session. I was prompted to start a small download. I was a gain prompted to "allow" access to my computer and they was remoted in to my PC to troubleshoot my problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I did not noticed anything I disliked and bout the product. It was easy to sue and did not affect my PC. We have very low bandwidth at my job and I did not notice any performance issues while they were in my PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using the software to get assistance from software vendor when needing live trouble shooting. The biggest benefit is you don't have to wait on a local service tech to come to your site and your problem can be taken care of in minutes not days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Convenient to use when dealing with users. They click a link and you can connect to their machine and look at issues real-time instead of relying on descriptions placed in Trouble tickets or working through an issue on the phone with remote employees. I worked on a migration where a larger corporation acquired a smaller company and migrated them over to their network. There were many small issues that had to be resolved with users who were out in the field or in remote locations and this tool was a blessing.
