What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I love the fact that I can review other people's computers remotely. As an IT person, I find it hard to walk someone thru problems sometimes, so it's fantastic for me to be able to see their screen and help them "live". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Nothing. It's a great product. If had to say anything, I'd say that it costs a bit too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can connect to users outside or even inside our perimeter to help diagnose, configure, or setup issues without having to physically touch the device. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The two way share. With this tool I can virtually share my screen with my peer in another city and vice versa. I also like the multi screen navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I couldnt find a way to save or record the session though. That was the only con I found with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I really love the ability to help a client that I wouldn't be able to assist personally. I am especially impressed by the ability of sharing both my screen and theirs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

There is not much I don't like about GoToAssist. I believe that the only problem is memory issues while sharing the client's PC... But I believe it is mostly the issue with the PC and not GoToAssist Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
