I love the fact that I can review other people's computers remotely. As an IT person, I find it hard to walk someone thru problems sometimes, so it's fantastic for me to be able to see their screen and help them "live". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much I don't like about GoToAssist. I believe that the only problem is memory issues while sharing the client's PC... But I believe it is mostly the issue with the PC and not GoToAssist Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shadowing almost anyone - some sites have this blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
