What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The best thing about this app is the fact that you can direct a user to go to the site and give them a code to login. You can also setup an unattended session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoToAssist is a great tool if you need temporary remote access to a client or end user. It is a very useful tool as it is easy to use and gives near instant access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use this most every day in my workplace. I use it mainly to troubleshoot issues remotely. It's a great help especially when I am unable to be at the computer itself. GoToAssist is a convenient tool that helps me to complete projects right at my desk.This saves time for either me or the supplier/user to travel from one location to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are times it launches and does not load. Also once the supplier is connected to my computer, I am unable to complete any other tasks until the supplier has disconnected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

the best part about GOTO Assist, is that it always works. i generate a code, pass it to the person who needs assistance and im connected to them, every single time without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the only thing that i dislike about the service is that when a session starts, a popup asking for permission needs to be accepted and at times it gets hidden behind other active windows and makes it hard for people to accept it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
