Their basic/free support plan have limiter number of access to support team.

I am working as clouds support eng 1 in aws ( Amazon) from last 20+ months.
I have seen many customers used screen sharing, desktop management.

Last case on which I worked is related to Remote desktop management for server by user .

The ability to access clients profiles and walk them through troubleshooting experiences, that allowed us to build a stronger relationship with our clients.

There happens to be no complaints so far for us, it has been a great case study for others that we promote it to

Troubleshooting clients profile questions or online access functions, being live and remote is better than a phone call, leaving clients to figure out by context instead of visuals.

I find it very easy for the help desk agent and the end user.   The abillity to see the client connecting and downloading the application is awsome.
The remote controls are very nice and the software does not lag the connetion with overhead.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The use on Mac environment is not as nice when making the connection.  It is some times difficult to assit the user to make the connection.

We can assist our field support team by resolving issues prior to going on site.  We can identify other problems that may need to be addressed prior to going on site.

In order to handle tickets, troubleshoot issues remotely, provide excellent customer service, and provide high-quality service in a seamless, user-friendly environment, we needed support software. We save time, and since time is money, I suppose we also save money.

The ease of use and the AI features are fantastic options. We also love the option to send a text to a user so we could use their phone camera to diagnose issues off site.

I would say for us its the MDM hands down it really needs alot of work.

It allowed us to take 4 different products we were using at the time and combine those into 1 product. So instead of logging into all these different programs we now login to resolve and it handles all of the things those programs handled

GoToAssist is an easy platform to use, there are no "frills", it does what it needs to do and does it well.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

This is a simple and easy-to-use software with an intuitive interface and GUI.  I love that it can provide remote support and provide remote support, mobile support and camera support.  I like how easy it is to use, nothing gets lost and tasks don't get buried when tickets come in. Communication is easy with team members and with clients. I am pretty happy with this software, as well as other Go To software, such as go to meeting, go to webinar, go to training and even LastPass.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

There isn't much to dislike, it does what it is supposed to do and delivers as all Go To products do, however, the price point may be too high for small businesses. For example it costs $70-240 CAD at the time of this writing.   This is a simple interface with easy management ticketing system and follow up systems so nothing gets lost in the shuffle of a busy business, they improve the customer experience and overall value to the client.  You can install this on your phone, regardless of whether it is an android or iPhone as well as your desktop, on a Microsoft or mac computer.  It also has reporting functionality as well which is great to review your metrics.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed support software to help trouble shoot people's issues remotely, manage tickets, resolve issues, and deliver great customer care and quality service in a seamless easy-to-use environment.  It saves me time and I guess money since time is money. I like that it delivers a cool interface and seamless experience for my clients which adds value as well.  In the past tickets were being emailed and we were manually managing it in other software but really lacked the ability to look at the persons system in real time.  With go to resolve you can now get into their system or view it using their camera on their phone (apple or android).  overall its been a great software to use!

The user friendly interface. I love it. There is barely to no interruption with the product and I love the features it has  such as not disturbing users while working on the system

I'm thrilled with the convenience and effectiveness of GoTo Resolve. With just one URL to remember, our users can easily provide a unique code so that our support staff can quickly and accurately diagnose the problem. Its simplicity has made it an ideal platform for streamlining our HelpDesk workflows - giving us greater visibility into the causes of issues and how to resolve them correctly the first time. As a result, we have been able to deliver world-class desktop support across all of our IT functions.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

I have not been impressed with the reliability of GoTo Resolve since the Logmein acquisition. Even though we try to confirm successful logins, there is no guarantee that things will work correctly every time you log in. In addition, it seems impossible to explain why two identical machines often have different performance and only one is functional at any given time, regardless of version or number of updates applied.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm benefiting from GoToAssist's reliable and fast solutions. With its screen sharing feature, I can share my project with multiple people at the same time to ensure everyone is on the same page - all while saving a lot of valuable time.

I'm able to use GoTo Assist (Resolve) from a variety of platforms such as PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android. I always have some device nearby to connect with clients and help them.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The end-user client is sometimes confused by the launch of the remote assistance application.  Sometimes it says "Launch" and other times it asks to open "Launcher".  Not a big deal, but not consistent when explaining what a client needs to do over the phone.  Also, the upgrade to service sometimes causes issues and it would be nice if it would time out and go back to the screen sharing as before the request was made.

Providing immediate support to an end-user client. The ability to see what the client sees on their screen is invaluable and allows for quicker resolution of many problems.

GoTo Resolve (GoToAssist) enables us to easily remotely connect to other work computers in order to address a user's needs. Since we now outsource our IT department, I primarily would use Goto Resolve to remotely help staff with trainings.

Every so often, there is a glitch here and there, but overall it's been a very good product. I don't have many complaints about it. No real area where huge improvements are needed.

If we have an employee needing help with a training, and I cannot be at their side, GoTo enables me to assist them remotely and guide/watch what they're doing simultaneously.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

GoTo Resolve is the best remote access tool. We support our employees and clients remotely through support sessions with GoTo Resolve. The user interface is simple, quick, and easy to learn for new users. GoTo Resolve offers excellent features like chatting with clients, transferring files, multi-session handling, session recording for training purposes, etc.
We used GoTo Resolve for our employees who work from home as well. We support our employees with software installation, system configuration, Windows updates, driver installation, etc. The other feature I like the most is restarting the user's computer. This tool lets you stay connected when the computer boots up again.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

GoTo Resolve is a bit pricey compared to other solutions. It is a subscription-based application. It also requires a fast internet connection to function quickly.

Overall, GoTo Resolve is the best remote access tool on the market. We easily connect with our clients and employees and provide support. They offer great features in the software, like chatting with clients, transferring files, recording sessions for training purposes, etc. We also provide support to our employees with GoToResolve. We support our employees with software installation, system configuration, Windows updates, driver installation, etc.

One of the best things about this app is that it is beneficial and straightforward to use for technical support for all types of organization .
We can connect with any user straightforwardly in both manners Attended and unattended ways, which is one of the other best things about this app.
We can Record sessions if we want for future purposes.
We can create all types of tickets, and according to Property, we can assign them to a particular person, and we can track it easily all the progress.

Very easy to connect to customers and troubleshoot problems with their software. I like the ease of just giving them a simple site like fastsupport.com to go to and them only having to enter the support code

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The only negative I have ever encountered is that when I have customers using admin creds to protect specific processes from running on their machines, they are not prompted by GTA to install as a service. I cannot control the computer when the admin creds are in use, until that process has closed. I wish it was easier to be able to install as a service for users who do not have an account, but techs are connecting to their workstations.

I use GTA on a daily basis to connect with customers who are actively using our software and need assistance with tech support, or how to preform a specific function within the program. GTA makes it easy to connect to the computer and go between the users monitors

Go to resolve is easy to access simple GUI interface. Connect to businesses to solve their problem from one platform.
It is just like Front end PC use. You can copy and move files by controlling the remote desktop.
It is a handy tool after covid. I am using this tool daily basis to monitor and solve problems.

I have been using from last one year till now only one problem faced that lag during poor connectivity.
File transafer also slow.

The GUI for rendering support is very clean, funtcional, & organized, making it very easy to use.  I work for the IT department at a small-ish business & we have used several different remote support platforms and GoToAssist is by far the easiest & best looking.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

I dislike the way that GoToAssist handles the connecting to remote clients that have multiple monitors.  Sometimes when I open up a new window on the remote client, it opens on one of the other monitors besides the one that I am viewing and it takes me a minute to remember to look at those alternate monitors.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoToAssist makes it extremely easy to connect to a remote client, without logging in or out of the device and not having to provide credentials all of the time.  It's also beneficial that the user can view what the support agent is doing so that they are not fighting for control, like some of the other remote assistance platforms that I have used.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

GoTo Resolve had made it very easy to connect and access the PC remotely and literally do anything that you would do if you were in front of the PC. Reboot, move files, run commands or diagnose the system.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

We didn't feel any big downside with the GoTo tool. Sometimes the video might lag due to poor connection or file transfers felt slow but that definitely gets overshadowed by GoTo's other features and ease and reliability to use.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote assistance, technical support debugging, and diagnosis for customers or remote team member's PC. GoTo Assist has been very useful for us when the people who are using our product but often are not much tech savvy and require in-person assistance to understand the software or resolve any problem they face while using our software.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The best part of GoToAssist/Resolve is that you can add workstations/users to a list of unattended devices to streamline connection time. It is super useful for those employees who tend to have consistent issues or need help.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The only part that I have found to be problematic is when a user does not have their taskbar locked or have Auto-Hide on the taskbar when in desktop mode on a Windows PC, I have not been successful in getting the taskbar to appear when hovering over the bottom of the user's screen - they usually have to do it for me.

GoToAssist/Resolve has allowed me to connect easily to all employees regardless of their operating system. The ease of navigating between their multiple screens has been a game changer as well.

first of all  that it has a free plan for indie remote tech support, plus lot of features that it has but the one that i like most is TI automatization; you can automate process , run custom scripts to make your work less heavier and pretty much less time consuming.

The only thing is the plans are not according the market; i strongly believe it can be worked out a bit to match competitors from other remote apps, nothing else than that.

Remote connection ofc! fastest connection and no 'spikes' or 'delays' between the end pc and the remote user; that's absolutely awesome to have almost realtime connection to the remote user, which i had problems before with other apps.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

In my opinion, or you can call it in my personal use case, what I feel the best thing I liked about GoTo Resolve is 

1. I could access and boost my productivity while connecting multiple screens, which highly improved the efficiency of my workflow.
2. It Allows me to connect with my clients and their customer to quickly diagnose the issues on their machines and provide a quick fix.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

As I mentioned above, the two things I mostly rely on and my dislikes resolve around them only,

1. On multiple screens, arranging them together has always been challenging to minimize the efforts.
2. Sometimes, it consumes a large amount of time or I should say it struggles a bit while recording the session after the session is done. I have used many other tools like Google Meet and Zoom, but their session recording capabilities feel better than this.

If I have to describe it in a nutshell, it helps me organize things with the support team and helps us build effective communication with the customers. This allows the support team quickly chat with them and provide assistance while using our services.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

GoTo provides us with communication solutions. We are a hospitality business focused on rental equipment for events and we mostly used them to communicate internally between our team as well as external calls such as calling third party companies and clients. Generally, they provide services to program our phones which they do quickly. Any additional extension that has to be registered is also done by them.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

One thing that can prove to be challenging is dealing with old hardware that cannot be updated. Some old hardware may present issues that may result in being unable to update them to new versions and cause issues with services provided by GoTo. As a result, it is not a GoTo fault but more of a hardware issue.

Providing us with fast communication between team members and clients by assigning specific sections to our sales representatives as well as providing the business with a prerecorded message while clients wait to be aided.

It is the best tool for technical support remotely. It is user friendly tool. It is very easy to connect with customers and offers  pretty good features like chatting, transferring of files and recording the sessions.
I can create the tickets and track the progress   very effectively.

It requires fast internet connection. Go to Assistant is costlier as compared to others like TeamViewer, Zoom.

that it doesn't auto-update the unattended access app on the client Device. and it can't be updated remotely, so we need to visit the actual device to update the app.

I love that we can join a session by SMS or email. It makes providing support to our clients that much more seamless. It makes organizing our support easier by allowing us to easily manage support tickets.

GoTo is a great service all around but sometimes suffers from unreliability. I can't say the same for GoTo Resolve since it's worked as intended so far. I don't have any dislikes!

It makes it super easy to resolve tech tickets for our clients. It makes sure everyone on our IT team is on the same page. GoTo Resolve is a game changer. I wish I was still with the client that used this for resolving IT concerns because other tech solutions aren't that great.

So far there hasn't been anything I don't dislike about the product. Support has not been the greatest and billing has been slow processing our purchase.

Helping us with new users setting up equipment and configuring MFA on their mobile device. RMM features are great for installing windows updates on devices we would have to update manually.

I like that to help our customers, we can send a link to their emails, and everything is so easy for them compared to other solutions we have used before. Another thing I like is the option of inviting more agents.

I only dislike that when you want to transfer, you can't simply copy and paste the files or drag and drop the file where you like it. Instead, you need to manually choose the source path and destination path from a window of the software's own file explorer.

Using it for the last couple of months on a daily basis to provide technical and nontechnical support to different teams on the basis of their requirement. It is very simple to use; just send the link to anyone by Mail to whom you want to connect or you want to access their system, and after that, you can easily access their system and resolve their problem; it also has more functionality also, it is available with community or free plans also but with limited functionality.

It provides ticketing as well as remote support solution in one place.
With GoToResolve it is easy to manage tickets and resolve issues quickly. No need to use other remote support softwares because we can take remote access directly from GoToAssist panel against that particular ticket.
Which saves lot of time and helps to track tickets easily.

We are using it since last 3-4 years and never faced any single issue till date so i have no any point to dislike GoToResolve.
But it will be better if they provide detailed documentation for some of it's features.

Earlier we were using Excel for ticketing and another software for remote access. But it was difficult to keep track of both.
But this issue is resolved now after implementing GoToResolve.

The company I freelance for uses Go To Resolve; however, it was known by a different name sometime back.  The software is quite easy to navigate.  I like that I can use it on my smartphone and access files sent by my employers.  As well, they can assess my desktop if there is an issue.

As an end user, I have had no issues with the Go To Resolve software that I can blame on them.

The options provided by this tool for both on-demand and real-time remote access to endpoints are solid.  Having remote access to all our machines with the ability to elevate credentials for installs is great.  The on-demand feature gives us an easy way to support BYO devices and third-party endpoints as well.

The web-based administrative portal can at times be cumbersome and unreliable.  The pricing plans have changed over the years and haven't always been consistent with the rest of the industry.

Having a quick easy way to see what our end users are experiencing makes the troubleshooting process much easier for our helpdesk.  The option to have a full-time agent installed also makes some remote administration tasks possible.

Easy to use and very quick. Very often, getting a client or colleague to do something on their computer they are not familiar with is an arduous task. With this, my job is greatly simplified. The seamless integration with slack and MS Teams, too, is a godsend. I can quickly resolve tickets right from slack as when they appear.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

It is a little on the pricier side compared to other offerings like TeamViewer, but for the integrations it provides, it is good. It is also a little lacking on the features front, and new features take a while to come on the platform.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary use was to help with remote assistance and support. Asking the user to get logs and diagnose issues and making them follow steps to resolve the same is suitable for minor issues and when your team is small. As it grows, it becomes even more difficult without remote management software. Also, the fact that this is secure and encrypted gives me peace of mind knowing sensitive information is safe.

I can access any of our computers from anywhere from my phone or computer. Great quality, not much lag. Price is reasonable for the amount we use it and what we need for our business.

None, that aren't due to safety reasons. Setting it up on a computer is a little difficult if the person on the other end is not very tech savy but once it is set up it is easy to use.

We have a lot of employees who are not very computer savy and we need to get into the computer to show them how to do things. I can log in when no one is there to restart the computer to ensure they get the updates needed.

We have recently tried Go To Resolved, so now we like the mobile camera share functionality, not in Go To Assist

Goto Assist (Resolve) is an easy enough product for the remove assist admin and the user being helped.  This product has the safety of the end-user knowing what assistance the tech is providing.  Compared to other products, the product works well in low bandwidth and high latency environments.

The licensing could be better.  Over all the product is fine with limited dislikes.

What I like more about GoTo is that is it very easy to use. Basically it allows you to send a link to the customer and that's all. There is no need to log or download different tools to make it work. 
Due to the fact that it is effortless to use it with our external clients but lately, we are using it also whintin the company for a faster solution of everyday issues.

We have been in touch with customer service a couple of times and even if the issue was solved, I would have liked faster response time.

The platform allows us to have smooth communication with our clients because they don't have the stress of loging in or downloading extra tools -
