What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Go to resolve is one of the finest ticketing and remote desktop tool which help our work easier and better

The ticketing tool has got all the necesary feature that a basic person can understand and work upon. It is a user friendly tool where we can raise a ticket easily. We can also integrate it with multiple other softwares or aplications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

When we connect to the remote access , remote pc or local pc doucments cannot be sent to printers . Which is one of the missing feature

And i belive it is under consideration of the product group team and they are working on it.

Go to resolve helps us to remote into the users PC all over the world where we can troubeshoot the issue remotely and resolve it in timely manner.

It also helps me in antivirus and endpoint management as a security adminstarator

It also gains us some easier way to consiladate it with other application

This is also one of the good service desk tool.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Goto Resolve is an easy to use tool when it comes to connect from web or from any device. Plus point isbthe client don't have to install anything on there end we can easily connect with there system.

Another great feature is the detailed description provided about the client system like current useage specifications etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Goto Resolve is very reliable, it never gave up on me, we have used for managing tickets and remote assisting our product customers.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Not easy for new guys as it requires bit of Technical Knowledge,
