Some good things about it is the fact that it has a free plan. Even if you spend money on the initial implementation, it is meaningless if it doesn't continue due to difficulties. Miradore is a wonderful item that solves this problem. The drawback is that there are few user reviews from others, but once implemented, it became very easy to use and management became much easier. I wish I had known about it sooner. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** It's all in English. For people who honestly can't do English without using translation sites or translation functions, it might be difficult. However, overseas people have posted videos on how to set it up, so if you follow those, you should be able to use it without any problems. Managing smartphones and tablets for tens of thousands of yen is difficult, but with this, it's basically free. However, you can only use the basic functions, so you can't obtain location information. **What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?** In Japanese software, there are high initial costs, but the fact that these costs are not incurred is a great help. It is easy to obtain devices that have not set a passcode or are violating rules, so administrators do not need to check each device individually, allowing them to use their time efficiently. The fact that there is no need to create an ID and password for each device also reduces management workload, which is excellent. ### 4. I would prefer that to be grayed out. The tech guys at Miredore are very friendly and intelligent people. I had several video calls to asnwer all my questions. The interface/dashboard online is really good to overview all my devices to manage. It's really nice, that you dont have to install an api or program to manage the devices. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** Sadly, there is no live chat support. I am often working very late so I have to create a ticket to get my issue resolved. The answer is there on the next day and all my issues got resolved, but not live, which is a small silike.Also there is sadly no telephone support for my country. They have people in austria, which are speaking german fluently, but not in germany. This was my first experience with MDM, so I was really starting at zero experience and got helpful tips at the start from the Miradore Key Account Manager responsible for my area. Lots of options to customize and restrict features, which is important as most of the phones we are managing are shared between shifts. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** There is a bit of a learning curve if you're starting with zero experience, but I think that will be the case with whatever MDM you start with. I found the support articles as well as the live chat support extremely helpful in this regard, though. **What problems is LogMeIn Miradore solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main concern is security of the devices, including being able to remotely wipe them in case they go missing, but also restricting access on the devices so that for example no unapproved apps are downloaded and used. Dashboards are great for me to log in and see a thirty thousand foot view of where each system is at. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** I would like (and I know its being developed) more functionality specific to desktops. Ie. more reporting and control of end-users computers. Not all updates are made and I usually have to send an update and select to sync several times before Miradore updates that the system was updated. I would like more details in the error if a push does not happen for one reason or another. Right now it just failed but doesn't explain why. **Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Miradore:** Simply implementation, easy to use. Miradore was suggested to us to meet our needs. Miradore met our needs w/o breaking the bank. It was quick and easy to implement. Our company does not use mobile device so we are using Miradore specifically for end-user desktops. This is very helpful as the company is 100% remote. Therefore I can't make changes / updates on any computer on the actual computer. It has to be done remotely and our employees are mental health representatives, not technical people. I am greatly looking forward to additional functionality that Miradore will come up specific to desktops. ### 22. Allows us to keep all our devices up-to-date, no matter who uses them and how much they know about technology. Makes device management fast and easy. User Interface is intuitive, and features a Dashboard that lets me see the status of all the managed devices. **What do you dislike about LogMeIn Miradore?** It doesn't include support for MST-transforms of MSI installers. Would be nice to be able to run applications and for example Powershell scripts with administrator privileges. After a few phone calls and a one-hour Teamviewer session, we were able to manage our mobile Android devices, Another one-hour session with Teamviewer and we also had Apple iOS devices up and running. With other vendors the solution is not quite mature or the support is poor. I needed to find a mobile device management solution that allowed me to control each tablet remotely, and also lock them down. I was originally going to go with Meraki MDM until I found out the cost per tablet was $20 per month. After researching many other options, I came across Miradore. Not only was Miradore a better value, it was much easier to use than any other MDM platform I tested. While setting up our account I had a few questions, so I submitted a ticket in the live web chat session of the site. Within a matter of minutes, I was contacted by Mike Beane our North America representative for Miradore. Mike quickly answered all of my questions and walked me through step by step on the best way to set up my account. The entire setup process was less than 10 minutes and completely painless. Over the course of the next few days, Mike reached out to me several times to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even answered his phone on a Saturday and was happy to help me. While setting up the tablets and learning the platform, I couldn’t help but notice how user-friendly the controls were, and how easy the site was to navigate. There are not a lot of unnecessary tools or links cluttering up the main page, nor are there any overcomplicated steps to getting the devices up and running. I was amazed at how fast the updates are pushed out to all of my devices. I also really appreciate that I can set up business policies with tags so I don’t have to repeat the same process any time I want to add more devices. I am extremely satisfied with our decision to use Miradore. Not only does the platform do everything that it promises, but the customer service is world class! If you are looking for an economical device management solution that is fun and easy to use, Miradore is where it is at! Another feature I would like to see is being able to search for how many people have a specific app (that the user has installed) i.e search for everyone with the BBC News app installed. You have nothing to lose. The fact that it is free means that you can 'trial' it for as long as you want. When the devices are supervised and added to Miradore this is a simple click to disable the lock. We are also now able to lock a phone down to protect company data if needed. ### 40. With the high cost of new hardware, backups, constant software updates, and licensing costs, as well as many users wanting to switch to iPhone or Android, we needed a MDM solution to deploy, secure, wipe, and manage mobile devices. Miradore Online was initially selected because of the cost. We appreciated that there were no hardware cost, no timely software upgrades and best of all, no mandatory app from the Apple store on iOS. Miradore Online could be deployed without creating an Apple ID for a new user. This was the key. After rigorous testing and internal security review, we decided to roll it out to the rest of their mobile devices.
