They claim to support older versions but their support team does not keep any old instances around so they will not test anything on your version. They've spent 5 MONTHS trying to fix something in our software and the communication is horrible, they ignore emails and are rude on the phone. The system does not recognize any number with a "," so everything needs to be converted into a true number prior to pasting from excel. Additionally, the options to flow forecasts could use improvement. Product flow is important, but is getting difficult with shorter product life cycles, so this would be a helpful addition to have additional tools to help with product flow prediction techniques. **Recommendations to others considering Logility Solutions:** Great for demand planning at various specified levels. Lots of testing involved in streamlining process, but overall ease of use. Overall, this system may be a great fit for some companies, but not for others. I recommend you fully evaluate how it will support your specific processes, objectives, workflows, and reports to see if it is a good fit. With visibility to open demand and statistical trend data, it helps me proactively respond instead of react.
