While some of the functions aren't super intuitive to find or figure out (because of the complexity), the customer support team is super helpful. And there are plenty of online articles to help you accomplish exactly what you need. If the feature isn't available, support also helps you figure out work arounds or other ways to get what you need. Once you figure it out, it seems to make sense and is easy to repeat going forward. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Some of the functions aren't super easy to find or figure out due to the complexity of the task. But help is always available. Sometimes when loading and producing images, the quality is lowered, sometimes illegible for smaller print. I notified them, and they were able to fix it on their back end. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are working on the image quality when loading and producing documents with images. ### 2. The software is user-friendly, and if I didn't understand something for some reason, the support staff quickly responded and pointed out the materials to help achieve what was needed. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** So far, I haven't encountered anything about Logikull that I didn't like. For me, our firm has achieved what is needed to produce our discovery the way it's supposed to be without hiring an outside discovery team. **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searching and culling our discovery to produce what is needed in response to any requests. Logikcull's mantra is "Cull the noise," and that's exactly what the system gives me. I am a single in-house attorney managing the discovery requests for the entire company. Reviewing the documents and information quickly, using AI was a HUGE selling point for me. Plus, I love how easy sorting email has become. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** The subscription or pay-as-you-go programs are costly, and each level has data caps. A big negative is that some features, like archiving, require upgraded accounts. There are mixed results on the transparency of what's included at each level. So, I'm scrolling quickly because I know what this document is about but the next image is not showing. I have to wait for a few to see the document to be able to continue. I was honestly very skeptical when I was first told about it - it literally sounded too good to be true. Taking the massive amount of time needed to process large public records requests, compacting it down, and making it more efficient and less prone to mistakes? No way this could be true. But it was! Once I had access to the product and started using it, I realized what an absolute gamechanger it was for my workload. My only regret is that we didn't purchase Logikcull sooner. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** The only downside, which is a very small one, is that I have to download files to my local computer before uploading (ie, can't drag and drop from Google Business Drive). For my particular field, this is life-changing! Before using Logikcull, our team would take months to finish a project due to the large volume of records we had to review. This product has saved us SO much time. In a matter of minutes, thousands of pages can be eliminated to simplify our review process. Another thing worth noting is customer service. I've never worked with a software/product before where the company makes themselves available to help, even with a simple question. It has always felt like they genuinely want to help out. Lastly, I love getting updates/marketing emails from them. I never thought I would say that about a product! Let me explain; the emails they send with updates are always helpful. They are easy to digest, which is big! But the best part is how creative the writing is. Whoever is in charge of drafting those emails should get a raise! They keep me engaged, and I end up reading the whole email. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** The downside of using Logikcull is that I cannot download copies of documents showing marked redactions. It is pretty easy to search, tag, and organize. Creating my own tags really let's me be specific with the organization and sorting. And being able to cull subsets out of a project is very helpful to eliminate docs for good and clean up the world of docs that need review and organization. **What do you dislike about Logikcull?** Having to create and save a search to create a download. Not having the option to download an entire set as a single pdf. Not being able to bulk redact across multiple files in a single project or set of docs (I have been downloading the entire set, combining files in adobe, then re-uploading so that I can use a mass redact to really save time) When I redact two different phrases that overlap, the double layer entirely blacks out the redacted words such that I cannot read them at all. The black box over the recaction is already a bit heavy and makes it difficult to read what is a planned redaction, but for instance, if I bulk redacted Andrea Smith, then realized I needed to redact Andrea in other places, the Andrea double up makes it unreadable. When downloading a set of redacted documents, there is no option to download the metadata, annotations, redaction tags, etc. it just downloads as a redacted document. In the instance we needed to support our redactions in litigation, it would be super helpful to have this info available instead of trying to recreate it. I can't select text to redact like I can in adobe. I either have to search for text and select redact. Or draw a box. It would be helpful to be able to just select/highlight text to redact. It would also be super helpful to be able to select that text for redaction and then apply the redaction to the same text throughout the document or set. Currently, I keep two windows of the same project open. One where I am redaction, one where I find the text to redact, copy and paste it into the other window, then search and redact all. Making this seamless would be a big help. Page breaks don't catch a longer phrase to redact when the phrase / sentence, paragraph spans two pages in some documents. It would be nice to be able to more easily tag multiple docs in a family or similar docs **What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Identifying responsive and non responsive documents in response to public records requests, and allows me to redact information that needs to be redacted before disclosing records to a requester. ### 33.
