I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE LogiForms. It's perfect for those who have a decent understanding of databases and want a no-code solution to populate and report on that data. I've tried so many other tools, like Jotform, Scorecard.app, and other much more expensive solutions.
None of them offered the flexibility LogiForms offers because they're watering down the solution for those who lack an understanding of databases and forms development.

The tools are a bit dated in design. It reminds me of the older versions of microsoft windows, but it's intuitive if you've ever used MS Access or Crystal Reports back in the day.
