My favorite thing about LogicMonitor is how easy it is to show the data that is being captured in a variety of ways and how well it scales. It's very easy to deploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It lacks a few features that competive products have and many of them are not on the roadmap when I ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tech support is really awesome when it comes to any product issue or any short of product related guidance is required or any configuration needs to be manipulated. Whenever there is new upgrade, it doesn't have any short of down time or glitches. Provided web user interface is easy to understand and very user friendly too with good performance. It is a feature pack and Scalability is one of the best feature that is offered by them. Very easy to integrate with other with overall system and provides multiple way of integration. Currently, we have implemented the software in SaaS and I must say that the infrastructure monitoring and alerting options are very complete, no need to install annoying agents on the devices to which we want to provide monitoring, it makes it a versatile and easy to use tool. The standard templates are fine, the collectors behind the firewall take care of everything, the platform is directly responsible for identifying, categorizing and resolving all anomalies in the network. The installation of the integrations is simple, and you can work very comfortably with the application. The collectors are very light, basically they do not weigh more than 100 MB, and it is based entirely on Java, which is a language we all know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Errors in SNMP connectivity, always appears an orange triangle, problems in data collection, slowdown in network monitoring, the quality technical support is very linear, they can support more anomalies, not be only pending to collect license invoices, authentication of accounts and data has also become a problem. I expect improvements in the next updates. I would like more support for resolving bugs 1412 and 1401. Furthermore, I have had the product for some time and I must say that training from the technical team and the training for proper use of the program leaves much to be desired.
