LM is expensive, to be honest it was the most expensive software we have implemented in the company, if you are a company with few employees, and that is starting I do not recommend its acquisition, it is also a program that consumes resources, otherwise the software works great and is improving with each update. Lack of a demo to view the program before purchasing it, excessive prices in my opinion not suitable for companies with few economic resources, integration PagerDuty and BigPanda I have not liked, with Slack works very well. The initial configuration of alerts can be complex and is delayed I recommend some update to make it simpler, reports although very complete are cumbersome, with more automation would be excellent.
