It’s intentional that tasks can’t be edited once completed, since this preserves a clear record of activity for audit and compliance purposes. If you’re unable to view a submission afterward, that may be related to user access permissions. We recommend reaching out to your LogicManager administrator for assistance. In addition, LogicManager Expert (LMX), your in-app assistant, is always available to answer questions and guide you through what you need to do to make your job easier.

If you don’t find a solution through these resources, you can use the “Provide Feedback” form under the dropdown menu beneath your initials in LogicManager. That will send your request to our product team for review and consideration on our roadmap.

For areas that feel less intuitive, there are a few great resources to help you get more comfortable. LogicManager Expert (LMX), your in-app assistant, is always available to guide you through the platform and suggest best practices. Every six weeks, we also host live workshops to walk through new enhancements and answer customer questions. Keep an eye on the notification bell in the top right corner of the app for announcements.

Your Customer Success Manager is also available to meet with you to discuss your specific business needs and can schedule complimentary personal training sessions to help you and your team get even more out of LogicManager.

What do you like best about LogicManager?
