I honestly have nothing negative to say about LogicBroker. One area that we could take better advantage of is the robust analytics and reporting that LogicBroker offers-- there are so many helpful insights / data available which could help us better steer our customer offerings. What do you like best about Logicbroker?

I love that the system is super intuitive and extremely easy for advanced developer features, such as API connectivity, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that I can't just use it for everything other than Sears! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Logicbroker:

Be patient during your setup process, as it can be a little bit intimidating whenever you're first running all of the tests between your company and the retailer. However, once it is up and going, be ready for the easiest transactional and inventory manager that we've so far found. Also, be sure you throw some of your developers or tech-savvy people onto the portal, as they may be able to do some really cool stuff with automation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
