i love how easy the software is to use, especially for new beginers like myself who are not tech savy. I love how nice label integrates with our odbc sql server database to pull information for printing all kinds of labels. Also a good feature is the ability to create forms for users to input data and then have labels print out manually. This has been a blessing having control on the label template and still allowing users to be able to input data without the fear of tweaking / messing up the actual label. There was nothing that i disliked so far about nice label. Each time I had an issue, I was able to solve it by reading on their website or contacting customer tech support. Maybe if they offered some more discounts or incentives for being a long time user of Nice Label ? I would also love to see more tutortials and videos for new ideas.
