Our biggest concern originally was support, as they are not a US based company. However, this has been a pleasant surprise. We meet regularly and they are very responsive. As will any company, they are obviously not perfect, but they do react to issues and listen to feedback which is all you can ask. **What do you dislike about Locus?** We'd love a bit more documentation. Locus us a deep platform with a ton of functionality and options. However, it's sometimes hard to know what different settings do and how certain features work. They answer very quickly when a question arises, but sometimes it's good just to have to not always ask. Along these same lines, they add new functionality quite often (which is awesome) but sometimes we only know because we asked how to solve a problem. A bit more communication on new features would be great. But overall, this is a good problem to have vs. never getting new functionality, so we can live with it. **What problems is Locus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Locus to manage our fleet deliveries and pickups each day.
