Generally easy to navigate, there are glitches or slow loading at inconsistent times. Also, customer support is generally great, though response times can be variable at peak periods. During my visa approval process, I was required to have vacation insurance coverage up to my start date. However, the embassy insisted that the insurance must also include the start date itself. Unfortunately, this issue couldn't be resolved with Localyze's insurance partner. As a result, I had to obtain additional coverage from Allianz. Dealing with German authorities and their handling of cases can be very stressful, they are picky and you never really know what you get. It depends on the administration employees not only the law..
