Something we struggled with was adding translations in English - it seems there are many variations (US, GB, AU, etc.), and we had to manually set all "en-" languages to "en" in localize so we only had to input the translations once. The only problem is that translations are connected to precise paragraphs of text, change one letter and you have to go into the system to reconnect the previous translation, even changing a letter in a capital letter will cause a translation to disappear online, without a warning. Super easy for everyone to contribute. Even non-technical team members can help by adding screenshots, keys, translations, or placing orders. Localize was a recommendation by another mobile start-up. Due to the localize api we were able to implement it into our backend - it's working seamless at the moment and even feels for a non-technical person like plug & play.
