Their team of linguists are reliable and their work is of high quality; their PMs are responsive and meticulous. It was nice to know that the people working on our files had a grasp of what our study entailed. From there it was pretty hands off. We got translations back quickly, and because of follow-up interviews with our subjects we know that the translations were high quality. **What do you dislike about Localize Lab?** No complaints. Most of the translation services we used before struggled to nail expressions or phrases that are hard to find corresponding words in Chinese, either it came off like Google translation or just lost a lot of meanings in translation. Localize Lab did a fantastic job on this, you can easily tell whoever did the translation is truly a bilingual Chinese/English speaker, both linguistically and culturally. Communication. The Localize Team is always very responsive to all our questions, explaining everything in great detail and easy to follow & understand. Efficiency. Another common issue for many of the translation services we used before, but Localize Lab always manages to deliver high-quality work on time, if not earlier. They definitely offer more values than other translators I have evaluated and worked with by providing great insights and being on top of their job. After our initial meeting they really ran with the ball and helped us design a workflow that made everything perfectly streamlined. Thanks to our improved system we really were able to get all of our languages done in the blink of an eye. With the amount of lines that each of our characters had, I was surprised to say the least. It goes without saying that their QA team was on point and got us to the finish line with only a bit of back and forth They were also quick to answer questions as they popped up, and had no problem adapting to our content pipeline (which admittedly was not in great shape when we first contacted Localize Lab). After the project was complete, we got amazing feedback from new players! I would highly recommend Localize Lab to anyone looking for premium translations at a very reasonable rate. **What do you dislike about Localize Lab?** Honestly there isn't much to say here.
