The platform itself is very intuitive, functional, and modern. But the best part of WordStream's service is their support, consultation, and implementation team. It's like having an expert PPC consultant as part of your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had to pick something to criticize, there are several things that can only be done in the native Google Ads platform, but they are few are far between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wordstream's benchmark content is very helpful for client campaign reporting. Plus the tool itself is a powerhouse to manage multiple accounts, especially when delving into QueryStream (for keyword management). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only drawback is that it doesn't fully integrate with the respective ad platforms. Meaning you have to still go to Google Ads, Faceboook Business manager, to adjust some deeper settings. But no biggie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The report options that are available are fantastic, however, there are not enough options for reporting that would make adjusting campaigns. ie. The Performance Grader will indicate an issue and in some cases, it doesn't tell you how to fix it, or which campaign has the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wordstream is incredibly effective at building out PPC campaigns quickly and effectively. The ability to make modifications to your account before you push them live is an incredibly effective tool. Within a day of signing the agreement, we were able to create the campaigns and launch. The 20 minute work week is incredibly helpful intelligence that highlights elements that might otherwise go overlooked in the mangement of accounts. It's also been incredibly helpful in showcasing why certain ads are performing poorly or well... and indentifying where in the process this is happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish integration with third-party landing pages was stronger. The internal tool is not as useful and there are stronger options on the market which I wish were more directly integrated rather than having this internal option. I wish there was a way to know quickly which add I have been in trying to optimize. I was approached by wordsrteam a couple of times before I took the bait and have been glad ever since. Bright, knowledgeable people always there to help. The chat is amazing and solutions are very fast.. Love the 20 minute work week as it gives you a quick snapshot as to what you need to do to improve... The service provided by Brendan is nothing short of superb, though of course we've never had a negative experience when dealing with any team member at WordStream.
