The service Wordstream is providing is completely easy to use. It takes little time to get set up and start working. What I also liked a lot form Wordstream is that the Wordstream team tries their best to help there costumers in anything they need. They are always trying to get feed back in order to improve their services. Wordstream makes everything simpler and cleaner to work with. If you are managing ads this is a must have service. The 20 min work week is a productive exercise that allows us to quickly identify areas for improvement so we can continue to increase conversions and reduce budget waste. I especially love the Querystream feature for identifying negative keywords! Without a doubt the best thing about WordStream is that it allows me as a marketing professional to spend more time and resources on the necessary research required for PPC to be effective and less time on what I call the 'grunt work' (repetitive tasks).
Another great aspect of WordStream is that it is fantastic for beginners, intermediate and expert PPC practitioners. For beginners it is a much more user friendly way of crafting PPC campaigns; whilst for advanced users it's fantastic for having technical stats right at your finger tips. In all honesty, this is one of the few marketing tools/services that I can not identify negatives for. Usually the negatives for tools like WordStream is that they're poorly made, badly designed and restrictive; but WordStream is designed really well and provides a lot of freedom (adding accounts etc). Price tag is quite steep compared to other SEO/SEM software however other SEM software has failed to have the positive impact that Word stream has had on our company.
