hard to find the download button
there could at least be a redirection button in the translations menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Localazy is not the first localization tool we’ve tried; it is the best one, though. We initially migrated to Localazy because of their efficient, performant Web UI. Other similar sites were notoriously slow to use.
But what has kept us on the platform is their ground-breaking Shared Translation Memory feature. Why spend time & money translating the same phrase across multiple apps, I’m talking about simple strings like “OK” and “Cancel”, those don’t differ across apps, and have already been translated countless times by others. So instead of re-translating them again and again, we simply reuse translations authored/contributed by other apps.
Localazy’s CLI (command-line interface) is another significant factor that keeps us on the platform: We’ve been able to script it to integrate Localazy cleanly into our development practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real negatives we’ve discovered so far. Pretty happy with the tool over the last few years, and we expect to continue using this platform for the foreseeable future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use even for untrained users.
Fast enought.
ShareTM and machine translations are very usefull features.
OCR is very interesting feature too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Strange roles policy. Most of our developers are "managers".
Optimization feature is useless for us. Interesting, but useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has improved our translation workflow by a great margin. We solve all of our translation needs in all apps and services using localazy now and are very happy with it. They have many integrations and good docs, and when things go awry the support team is quick to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular. The service is in general quite good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That they are always ready to help and easy to contact.I can talk to them via email or their chat system and always get a reply. The system is excellent and very convenient as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their Time zones do not match ours. Sometimes the translation takes too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of things i like about Localazy is:
- The language overview it provides so you have good tracking of the translation progress
- The easy to use UX so translator can quickly get started with less training
- The supporting translation features to both show recommendation from on machine analytics as well as commonly used words in other projects
- Export and Import function works very smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Couple of things that could be even better:
- Better explanation of the Share TM detection so I know if it is used in my other project or other Localazy projects. This would allow you to much faster match them
- Some better support to allow translators to be informed if their translation is much longer than source
- Information on how a language should be configured to avoid being deployed. It is possible that a language that is being worked on can be deployed if you forgot to Disable it. I would prefer to have an extra check box or something to mark the once that are reviewed and ready for deploy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our project is an open-source community-driven project. Being able to include our 80+k user community in our development by directly contributing by translating parts of our aircraft simulation is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing - Localazy has all the features we require for our project and has responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are operating multiple complex websites with many localisations. Managing and keeping all dictionaries up-to-date was pure hell before we switched to Localazy. We are now easily able to review, manage and keep all dictionaries up-to-date whenever we add or modify any functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes our colleagues translate placeholders by mistake (which brakes our app). I would like to see a way to define what placeholders look like and prevent them from translating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use user interface. Automatic translations. Possibility to add collaborators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would appreciate more flexibility in terms of number of keywords in our plan (adding and removing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we can send localazy projects to non-technical people and let them translate our application without deep knowledge of the technology. The editor is very user-friendly and I have the option to approve the translations. It helps us to keep track of what's translated and what's not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to have more phrases. In our specific case, a lot of the phrases are duplicated. I'd say about 70% of the phrases. We either have to implement something to deduplicate the labels or we need more phrases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
